Abstract
本实用新型公开了一种用于高度强点焊机的对准机构,其特征在于:包括一红外线装置和一定位工装,所述红外线装置经一支架安装于焊机上机头上,该红外线装置的红外线发射端与焊机电极头的焊点位置相对应;所述定位工装由一框架结构构成,该框架结构填设于待加工主件与待加工子件之间的间隔空间内。本实用新型通过设置红外线装置及定位工装,便于操作人员焊接时的焊点定位,实现快速、准确定位,大大提高了加工效率及精度。

[0001] 本实用新型涉及一种电阻焊机,具体涉及一种用于高度强点焊机的对准机构。
背景技术
[0002] 钣金件就是薄板五金件,也就是可以通过冲压,弯曲,拉伸等手段来加工的零件,一个大体的定义就是在加工过程中厚度不变的零件。根据钣金件结构的差异,工艺流程可各不相同,但总的不超过以下几点:下料、钳工、翻边、冲床、压铆、折弯、焊接。
[0003] 电阻焊机(resistance welding machine)是将被焊工件压紧于两电极之间,并施以电流,利用电流流经工件接触面及邻近区域产生的电阻热效应将其加热到熔化或塑性状态,使之形成金属结合的一种方法,焊接方法主要有即点焊、缝焊、凸焊、对焊。
[0004] 点焊主要用于薄板焊接,适于钣金件间的焊接操作。将焊件装配成搭接接头,并压 紧在两柱状电极之间,利用电阻热熔化母材金属,形成焊点的电阻焊方法。点焊的工艺过程:1、预压,保证工件接触良好;2、通电,使焊接处形成熔核及塑性环;3、断电锻压,使熔核在压力继续作用下冷却结晶,形成组织致密、无缩孔、裂纹的焊点。
[0005] 现有技术中,点焊式电阻焊机包括上机头和下机头,上机头的底端设有电极头,下机头的顶端设有下模电极,电极头与下模电极之间为焊接工位,待加工工件设置于焊接工位处,焊接点与电极头相对应,上机头下压,电极头与工件接触,加热焊接。在多点焊接时,点与点之间的位置关系比较难控制,加工效率较低,特别是具有上百个焊点的工件加工,点焊时的对准工序成为大问题,既影响成品质量,又费时费力,急待于作进一步的改进。
发明内容
[0006] 本实用新型目的是提供一种用于高度强点焊机的对准机构,通过结构的改进,有效提闻焊点的精度,且加工更为方便,快捷,提闻了生广效率。
[0007] 为达到上述目的,本实用新型采用的技术方案是:一种用于高度强点焊机的对准机构,包括一红外线装置和一定位工装,所述红外线装置经一支架安装于焊机上机头上,该红外线装置的红外线发射端与焊机电极头的焊点位置相对应;所述定位工装由一框架结构构成,该框架结构填设于待加工主件与待加工子件之间的间隔空间内。
[0008] 上述技术方案中,焊机包括上机头和下机头,上机头上设有电极头,下机头上设有下模电极,电极头与下模电极之间为焊接位,待加工主件与子件设置于该处,主件底面与下模电极贴合,所述红外线装置可采用现有技术中的红外线对准仪,发射端发射出的红外线与焊机电极头下方的焊点位置对应,即红外线落在子件上的红点与焊点相重合。设置框架结构的定位工装填充于待加工主件与待加工子件之间,固定两者的相对位置,避免焊点的移位,确保焊点位置的精准度,同时也便于操作人员移动工件,逐个焊接每一个焊点。
[0009] 上述技术方案中,所述待加工子件上对应每一焊点处设有凸点,所述红外线发射端与位于所述焊机电极头下方的凸点中心点相对应。通过预设凸点,一方面方便红外线装置的对准、快速定位,另一方面也可提高焊接的强度,提高焊接质量。[0010] 由于上述技术方案运用,本实用新型与现有技术相比具有的优点是:
[0011] I、由于本实用新型在焊机上机头上设置红外线装置,红外线发射端与焊点位置相对应,操作人员只要将待加工子件上的待焊点位置与红外线射出的红点相对应,这样即为与电极头相对应,确保焊点位置的精度,定位方便快速,可大大提高加工效率;
[0012] 2、设置定位工装,填充于待加工主件与子件之间,保证了主件与子件之间相对位置的不变,避免上、下焊点的移位,在焊点与焊点之间转移时,操作更为方便,避免误焊,提闻良品率。 [0013] 附图说明

[0021] 实施例一:参见图I〜4所示,一种用于高度强点焊机的对准机构,包括一红外线装置I和一定位工装2,所述红外线装置I经一支架3安装于焊机上机头4上,该红外线装置I的红外线发射端与焊机电极头5的焊点位置相对应;所述定位工装2由一框架结构构成,该框架结构填设于待加工主件6与待加工子件7之间的间隔空间内。
[0022] 在本实施例中,待加工主件6为一面板,其外表面不能有焊接痕迹,待加工子件7由4片型材拼合构成,子件与主件之间设有间隙,所述定位工装2填设于该间隙内,子件与主件之间的相对位置被固定,如图3所示。
[0023] 如图1、2所示,所述待加工子件7上对应每一焊点处设有凸点8,所述红外线发射端与位于所述焊机电极头5下方的凸点8中心点相对应。所述焊机电极头5采用氧化铝铜制成,底端类似一圆弧状,当与凸点8接触时,达到最大的接触面,从而得到最大的通电电流,一次通电,熔化表面镀锌层,二次通电,焊接,得到最大焊接强度。
[0024] 在焊接时,将待加工工件与定位工装组合后放入电阻焊机,待加工主件6底面与下模电极9贴合,操作人员只需将待加工子件7上的凸点8与红外线发射端射出的红点对应,即为焊点位置,点焊一次电流65A,通电4ms ;二次电流85A,通电5ms,扭动工件逆时针旋转5度左右(减少镀锌层黏粘),松开脚踏开关,继续下一点焊接。采用本实施例焊接,焊接点小,深度浅(O. 3mm),不影响主件表面外观。

1. 一种用于高度强点焊机的对准机构,其特征在于:包括一红外线装置和一定位工装,所述红外线装置经一支架安装于焊机上机头上,该红外线装置的红外线发射端与焊机电极头的焊点位置相对应;所述定位工装由一框架结构构成,该框架结构填设于待加工主件与待加工子件之间的间隔空间内。
2.根据权利要求I所述的用于高度强点焊机的对准机构,其特征在于: 所述待加工子件上对应每一焊点处设有凸点,所述红外线发射端与位于所述焊机电极头下方的凸点中心点相对应。
