技术领域
[0001] 本实用新型涉及化工设备领域,尤其涉及一种石灰窑气净化塔。
背景技术
[0002] 石灰窑气是石灰石在窑内分解产生的气体,主要成分为C02和N2,其中C02含量约30-40%,N2约60-70%,并有少量的C0、02、S02等气体约1%左右,粉尘浓度为0. 6_4g/Nm3。粉尘的主要成分为CaO、MgO、A1203、C、CaCO3和SiO2等,如若直接排向空中,将造成严重的大气污染,对人类健康和动植物生长危害极大。
[0003] 石灰窑气的除尘净化有湿式除尘法和干式除尘法两种,通常的工艺是先经旋风除 尘,再经喷淋、活性炭吸附、电除尘等,输送设备主要为鼓风机。现有的石灰窑气净化装置基本采用喷淋除尘或单一水洗的方式,均存在除尘效果不理想,窑气脱硫不彻底造成设备腐蚀严重的问题。
实用新型内容
[0004] 为克服现有技术的不足及存在的问题,本实用新型提供一种构造合理,集鼓泡、雾化喷淋、脱硫、除沫为一体的石灰窑气净化塔。
[0005] 本实用新型是通过以下技术方案实现的:一种石灰窑气净化塔,包括塔体,该塔体顶部设有排气管且中下部设有进气管,所述进气管伸入设于塔体底层的水槽中,该水槽上方由下至上依次为块状石灰石填充的填料层、喷淋机构和丝网除沫器。
[0006] 所述进气管管口设于水槽开口以下30〜IOOmm处,且管口装有气体分散装置。
[0007] 所述塔体于水槽开口以上30〜IOOmm处设有溢流管,水槽下部设有排污管。
[0008] 所述填料层由块度为100〜300mm的块状石灰石填充,填充厚度为200〜600mm。
[0009] 所述喷淋机构包括一进水管及设于进水管管口的雾化喷嘴。
[0010] 本实用新型与现有技术比较,集石灰窑尾气的鼓泡、雾化喷淋、脱硫、除沫功能于一体,可有效除去粉尘和酸性气体,实现了除尘、脱硫一体化,设备体积小、压降小,使用安全,除尘效率高,可根据烟气的含尘量,调整喷淋水量,运行更方便经济。

[0013] 为了便于本领域技术人员的理解,以下结合附图和具体实施例对本实用新型作进一步详细描述。应当指出,此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用于解释本实用新型,并不用于限定本实用新型。[0014] 如附图I所示,一种石灰窑气净化塔,包括塔体1,该塔体I顶部设有排气管2且中下部设有进气管3,所述进气管3伸入设于塔体底层的水槽4中且管口低于水槽开口,该水槽4上方自下至上依次为由块状石灰石填充的填料层5、喷淋机构6和丝网除沫器7。
[0015] 所述水槽4内保持一定液位。所述进气管3管口设于水槽4开口以下30〜IOOmm处以保证进气管管口处于水槽液位以下。在本实用新型的优选例中,进气管3管口设于水槽4开口以下50_处。该进气管管口还装有气体分散装置8以使气体充分接触液体实现净化。
[0016] 所述塔体I于水槽4开口以上30〜IOOmm处设有溢流管9,水槽4下部设有排污管10。在本实用新型的优选例中,溢流管9设于水槽4开口以上50mm处。
[0017] 所述填料层5由块度为100〜300mm的块状石灰石填充,填充厚度为200〜600mm。在本实用新型的优选例中,所述填料层5由块度为200_的块状石灰石填充,填充厚度为400mm。
[0018] 所述喷淋机构6包括一进水管61及设于进水管管口的雾化喷嘴62,喷淋水通过进水管61经雾化喷嘴62进入塔内,使喷淋水能在填料层表面形成一层均匀液膜。
[0019] 本实用新型工作时,经进气管3进入的石灰窑气在塔体I下部的水槽4的液面下鼓泡后冲出水面并形成环流上升。塔体中部为石灰石填料层5,填料层5上方有液体雾化喷嘴喷水,水在石灰石填料层表面形成一层水膜。石灰窑气在上升过程中,经过石灰石填料层5时接触石灰石表面的水膜进行进一步除尘和脱硫。塔体I上方安装有丝网除沫器7,对净化后的气体进行除沫处理。净化完毕的石灰窑气经排气管2排出。
