本实用新型的目的是这样实现的：该下肢骨折病人换药支撑托架由插板、套管、支撑杆、托板组成，插板一端上面垂直固定着管壁设有紧固螺栓的套管，套管内通过紧固螺栓固定着上端垂直连有长方形托板的支撑杆，托板上面设有软垫。
使用时，将插板插入病床床垫下面后调整支撑杆高度，然后将骨折下肢搭在托板上面即可进行换药操作。
