Abstract

本实用新型涉及到锻压加工设备技术领域,尤其涉及到用于锻压加工时,一种新型锻造装出料两用机,包括大车行走机构、小车行走机构、台架回转机构、夹钳机构、电气系统、液压系统、操纵控制台,所述液压系统包括电机、叶片泵、油箱、多路换向阀、液压单向阀、夹钳夹紧油缸、钳杆伸缩油缸、钳架升降油缸,在压力油管路中并联液压蓄能器,用于回收和存储压力油。本实用新型能达到保持油压平稳的效果,实现锻造与装出料的结合,可降低成本,消除安全隐患,减少安全事故的发生。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及到锻压加工设备技术领域,尤其涉及到用于锻压加工时,既能锻造又能装出料两用机的液压系统。
背景技术
既能用于锻造加工又能用于装出料的两用机是锻压加工设备技术领域中的新型设备,当两用机进行锻造操作时,瞬时间需要承受巨大的冲击力,往往造成夹钳对工件夹持不紧,产生安全事故,另外在钳杆伸缩和钳架升降操作时,也会由于压力局部不稳定,造成操作动作不平稳的现象,产生安全隐患。
发明内容
本实用新型克服现有技术的不足,提供一种夹钳对工件夹持力均衡、钳杆伸缩和钳架升降平稳的新型锻造装出料两用机。
  为了实现上述发明目的,本实用新型的技术方案是,一种新型锻造装出料两用机,包括大车行走机构、小车行走机构、台架回转机构、夹钳机构、电气系统、液压系统、操纵控制台,所述液压系统包括电机、叶片泵、油箱、多路换向阀、液压单向阀、油缸,所述油缸包括有杆腔和无杆腔,所述油缸至少包括夹钳夹紧油缸、钳杆伸缩油缸、钳架升降油缸;压力油路,其从所述油箱经所述电机驱动叶片泵产生压力油,经所述多路换向阀延伸至液压单向阀,与所述油缸的有杆腔相连,所述夹钳夹紧油缸、钳杆伸缩油缸、钳架升降油缸的有杆腔至液压单向阀之间的管路中并联液压蓄能器,用于回收和存储压力油。
作为改进,所述压力油路中多路换向阀至液压单向阀之间的管路中并联稳压管路,所述稳压管路由溢流阀和油箱串联形成。
本实用新型的有益效果是,所述夹钳夹紧油缸、钳杆伸缩油缸、钳架升降油缸的有杆腔至液压单向阀之间的管路中并联液压蓄能器,用于回收和存储压力油,当油缸内的油压减小时,液压蓄能器释放压力油,补足油缸内减少的压力;当油缸中的油压增加,油缸中的压力油被蓄能器收回,油压减小,从而达到保持油压平稳的效果,消除安全隐患,减少安全事故的发生。由于保压缓冲机构,除实现装出料功能外,还可实现夹料进锻造主机实现锻打。

吸油过滤器1、空气过滤器2、叶片泵3、油泵电机4、液位计5、管式单向阀6、多路阀7、油箱8、液控单向阀9、第一溢流阀10、第一储能器11、压力表12、夹钳夹紧油缸13、钳杆伸缩油缸14、第二储能器15、第三储能器16、钳架升降油缸17、小油箱18、第二溢流阀19、第三溢流阀20。
本实用新型公开了一种新型锻造装出料两用机,包括大车行走机构、小车行走机构、台架回转机构、夹钳机构、电气系统、液压系统、操纵控制台,所述液压系统包括油泵电机4、叶片泵3、油箱8、多路换向阀7、液压单向阀9、油缸,所述油缸包括有杆腔和无杆腔,所述油缸至少包括夹钳夹紧油缸13、钳杆伸缩油缸14、钳架升降油缸17。
压力油路,油箱8连接空气过滤器2,防止空气中的杂质进入油箱,液压油经吸油过滤器1,进一步清洁液压油后,从油箱8经油泵电机4驱动叶片泵3产生压力油,流过管式单向阀6,经所述多路换向阀7,再延伸至液压单向阀9,与所述油缸的有杆腔相连。
所述夹钳夹紧油缸13的有杆腔至液压单向阀之间的管路中并联第一蓄能器,用于回收和存储压力油,另外在多路换向阀7至液压单向阀9之间的管路中并联稳压管路,所述稳压管路由第一溢流阀10和小油箱18串联形成。油泵电机4工作,驱动叶片泵3,对液压油进行加压,液压油经多路换向阀7流经液控单向阀9,对夹钳夹紧油缸13的有杆腔和第一蓄能器进行加压,调定的压力为6MPa,油缸活塞杆向上运动,夹钳作夹紧动作。当油压达到或超过6MPa时,液控单向阀9关闭,部分压力油流经第一溢流阀10和小油箱18,起到稳定管路中油压的作用。当夹钳受到瞬间外力的作用,夹钳夹紧油缸有杆腔中的油压瞬间加大或减小,当油压瞬间加大时,有杆腔中的液压油流向第一储能器,当油压瞬间减小时,第一储能器中的液压油流向有杆腔,从而起到稳定油压的作用。通过压力表12可以检测到储能器中油的压力。
钳杆伸缩油缸14的有杆腔至液压单向阀之间的管路中并联第二蓄能器15,用于回收和存储压力油,压力油路中多路换向阀7至液压单向阀之间的管路中并联稳压管路,所述稳压管路由第二溢流阀19和小油箱串联形成。
钳架升降油缸17的有杆腔至液压单向阀之间的管路中并联第三蓄能器16,用于回收和存储压力油。所述压力油路中多路换向阀7至液压单向阀之间的管路中并联稳压管路,所述稳压管路由第三溢流阀20和小油箱串联形成。
经过溢流阀的液压油也可直接经管路连接到油箱8,以此代替小油箱。

1.一种新型锻造装出料两用机,包括大车行走机构、小车行走机构、台架回转机构、夹钳机构、电气系统、液压系统、操纵控制台,所述液压系统包括电机、叶片泵、油箱、多路换向阀、液压单向阀、油缸,所述油缸包括有杆腔和无杆腔,所述油缸至少包括夹钳夹紧油缸、钳杆伸缩油缸、钳架升降油缸;压力油路,其从所述油箱经所述电机驱动叶片泵产生压力油,经所述多路换向阀延伸至液压单向阀,与所述油缸的有杆腔相连,其特征在于,所述夹钳夹紧油缸、钳杆伸缩油缸、钳架升降油缸的有杆腔至液压单向阀之间的管路中并联液压蓄能器,用于回收和存储压力油。
2.根据权利要求1所述的新型锻造装出料两用机,其特征在于,所述压力油路中多路换向阀至液压单向阀之间的管路中并联稳压管路,所述稳压管路由溢流阀和油箱串联形成。
