背景技术
在涂布机的干燥装置中，一般都采用烘箱对水性转移膜表面的水分进行加热烘干。而烘箱在加热烘干的过程中会排出尾气，尾气具有很高的能量。尾气的热量不能很好的利用，增加了设备能量的消耗，提高了生产成本。
发明内容
本实用新型在于克服上述不足，提供一种可以减少能耗、降低生产成本的带有无源热管热回收机的烘箱。

本实用新型带有无源热管热回收机的烘箱，包括箱体，所述箱体的上方连接有电热管，所述电热管的上方连接有风机，所述箱体的左侧连接有无源热管热回收机，所述无源热管热回收机设有热管和封条。

参见图1，本实用新型带有无源热管热回收机的烘箱，包括箱体1，所述箱体1的上方连接有电热管2，所述电热管2的上方连接有风机3，所述箱体1的左侧连接有无源热管热回收机4，所述无源热管热回收机4设有热管6和封条7，所述箱体1与电热管2、电热管2与风机3、风机3与无源热管热回收机4、箱体1与无源热管热回收机4之间均通过管道5连接。
在风机3的作用下，新风进入无源热管热回收机4的管道5，然后通过电热管2加热，当加热到一定温度后，加热后的新风进入箱体1对水性转移膜的水分进行加热烘干，随后产生的尾气从箱体1的左侧进入无源热管热回收机4，由于尾气具有一定的热量，通过热管6的热传递可以对新风进行加热，升高了新风的温度，降低了电热管2的功率，减少了能耗，也降低了生产成本。

1.一种带有无源热管热回收机的烘箱，包括箱体（1），所述箱体（1）的上方连接有电热管（2），所述电热管（2）的上方连接有风机（3），其特征是：所述箱体（1）的左侧连接有无源热管热回收机（4），所述无源热管热回收机（4）设有热管（6）和封条（7）。
