在涂布机的干燥装置中,一般都采用烘箱对水性转移膜表面的水分进行加热烘干。而烘箱在加热烘干的过程中会排出尾气,尾气具有很高的能量。尾气的热量不能很好的利用,增加了设备能量的消耗,提高了生产成本。

本实用新型在于克服上述不足,提供一种可以减少能耗、降低生产成本的带有无源热管热回收机的烘箱。

在风机3的作用下,新风进入无源热管热回收机4的管道5,然后通过电热管2加热,当加热到一定温度后,加热后的新风进入箱体1对水性转移膜的水分进行加热烘干,随后产生的尾气从箱体1的左侧进入无源热管热回收机4,由于尾气具有一定的热量,通过热管6的热传递可以对新风进行加热,升高了新风的温度,降低了电热管2的功率,减少了能耗,也降低了生产成本。
