现有的骨科夹板透气性差，会影响包扎部位皮肤的正常功能，甚至发生皮肤肿胀、化脓等症状，增加病人痛苦。现行使用的自塑型骨科夹板多采用铝板层作为中间层，但铝板强度不够，韧性和可塑性不佳，固定效果不好。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是克服现有技术的缺陷，提供一种具透气性的骨科夹板。
本实用新型的技术解决方案是：一种骨科夹板，包括内护层和外护层，所述内护层和所述外护层之间设置有铝合金板层，铝合金板层上设置有透气孔。
内护层和外护层可以是透气的棉布层或纱布层，它们和铝合金板层上设置的透气孔一起发挥透气排汗的作用，不影响包扎部位皮肤的正常功能，减少病人痛苦。

可将本骨科夹板配置在急救包内，用于自然灾害、野战和户外旅行等情况下,肢体骨折的固定自救。使用时，将本骨科夹板折成所需形状，再将其按骨折部位肢体形状进行塑形，再用自粘绷带包扎。固定颈部时将骨科夹板围绕颈部弯折成筒状，再用自粘绷带包扎。固定骨折手指时，可用剪刀剪出合适尺寸，使内护层和外护层的面积大于铝合金板层的面积，避免里面的铝合金板外露对身体造成二次伤害，再用自粘绷带包扎，可起到很好的固定作用。

参阅图3和图4，本实施例与实施例1的区别在于，该骨科夹板的所述通孔4的形状为方形。所述通孔4的长度为2mm，宽度为2mm。
