本发明涉及一种红外控制的炒灶，尤其是涉及一种厨房用具领域的红外控制的炒灶。
背景技术
炒灶是运用微空气动力学原理，采用风产生流体负压区的原理，让油烟魔力般的往下吸走，再也看不到油烟四处升腾的现象，除油烟率达99%以上。炒灶解决了现有吸油烟机无法彻底根除油烟的难题。
现如今，大多数的炒灶都是手动控制火种开关。在炒菜过程中，厨师往往会将菜盛锅后，再关掉火种开关。这存在着安全隐患且造成能源浪费。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于提供一种安全性好且节约能源的红外控制的炒灶。
一种红外控制的炒灶，包括主体、炉体、红外监控装置、主气掣、火种开关掣、安全掣、水掣、来气管、风机、入水管和去水管，主体上侧固定有炉体和红外监控装置，主体前侧设有主气掣、火种开关掣、安全掣和水掣，主体下侧设有来气管、风机、入水管和去水管。
