本实用新型涉及一种散热片,尤其是涉及一种应用于远红外电热空调上的散热片,属于空调技术领域。
背景技术
目前,人们在冬天普遍需要使用空调进行对房间内进行制热加温,尤其是在北方地区,家家需要通入暖气以御寒,每年每户花在取暖上的费用就高达数千元,此外暖气是使用煤加热产生蒸汽,使用石化燃料不但污染环境,不利于节能环保,而且在暖气的传输过程中,容易产生较多的损耗。为此人们开发了种类繁多的取暖方式,其中,远红外加热方式因其不但具有加热功效,且具有理疗功效而受到了人们的广泛关注;但是,常规的远红外加热结构多为将导电油墨简单涂覆于基片上,然后压上电极,再盖上一层半固化片和基片,然后加压形成发热芯片,该结构多应用于个人理疗而没有植入到空调领域,同时,单片的发热效率较低,需要多片串接后才能进行空调取暖,为现在市面上普通的翅片式散热片结构尺寸较大,且安装加固不便,因而无法满足远红外电热空调的需求。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于克服上述不足,提供一种尺寸小且安装加固方便的远红外电热空调散热片。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的:一种远红外电热空调散热片,所述散热片包含有散热片本体,所述散热片本体设置成波浪状或梯形波浪状结构,所述散热片本体上设置有多个连接孔,该连接孔四周设置有翻边。

本实用新型结构简单、安装方便,且安装后提交小巧,安装牢固。

参见图1~2,本实用新型涉及的一种远红外电热空调散热片,所述散热片包含有散热片本体1,所述散热片本体1设置成波浪状或梯形波浪状结构,所述散热片本体1上设置有多个连接孔2,该连接孔2四周设置有翻边3。
使用时,可在发热芯片上开设相应的安装孔,将散热片本体1的翻边3插入该发热芯片的安装孔内,然后穿管涨管,达到紧固的效果。
