技术领域
本实用新型属于脚手架技术领域，具体涉及一种钢管接长装置。
背景技术
随着建筑的快速发展，我国的高层建筑也有了长足的进步。在高层的模板工程施工中，目前主要采用的支撑系统是使用Φ48的钢管搭设的满堂脚手架。
由于建筑使用功能的日益增多，对建筑的层高要求也越来越高，致使设计单位在设计时因受使用功能的限制所设计出的建筑层高往往不符合常规。在具体的模板工程的满堂脚手架施工中，钢管需要接长，而常规的做法是用对接扣件将两根钢管连接起来，这样做法的弊病是：钢管只能承担竖向荷载，水平向荷载只能通过在对接扣件的上下两个水平面搭设两道水平钢管来承担。造成了大量的人力、物力和财力的浪费，并且对工期也有一定程度的影响。

本实用新型要解决的技术问题是提供一种钢管接长装置。
本实用新型的技术方案是：一种钢管接长装置，包括Φ48钢管，在Φ48钢管上沿四周满焊接一根外径为45mm的钢管，所述钢管的长度为250-400mm，钢管外露长度为150-200mm。
所述钢管的长度优选为300mm，钢管外露长度优选为180mm。
本实用新型的有益效果是：在满堂脚手架施工中，Φ48钢管需要接长时，在Φ48钢管上沿四周满焊接一根外径为45mm的钢管，将接长的Φ48钢管放于已焊接好的Φ48钢管上即可，使用方便、省时省力。

具体实施方式
一种钢管接长装置，包括Φ48钢管Ⅰ1，在Φ48钢管Ⅰ1上沿2四周满焊接一根外径为45mm的钢管3，所述钢管的长度为250-400mm，钢管外露长度为150-200mm。钢管的长度优选为300mm，钢管外露长度优选为180mm。在满堂脚手架施工中，Φ48钢管Ⅰ1需要接长时，将接长的Φ48钢管Ⅱ4放于已焊接好的Φ48钢管Ⅰ1上即可。

1.一种钢管接长装置，包括Φ48钢管，其特征在于：在Φ48钢管上沿四周满焊接一根外径为45mm的钢管，所述钢管的长度为250-400mm，钢管外露长度为150-200mm。
2.根据权利要求1所述的钢管接长装置，其特征在于：所述钢管的长度为300mm，钢管外露长度为180mm。
