背景技术
目前，常用的防火保温板，一般成本较高，重量较重，保温隔热防火性能不佳，环保性能不明显，使用面较窄，不便于建筑保温和隔热使用。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的，就是针对上述不足之处而提出的一种利用无机材料(粉煤灰，石粉等)为原材料，生产投资小，材料成本低，产品比重小，具有保温隔热防火性能的保温板，该保温板环保，强度高，重量轻，成本低，可取代多种新型建筑板材。
本实用新型是通过以下方案来实现的：一种无机发泡防火保温板，包括硬面层(1)和发泡层(2)，其特征在于中间一层为发泡层(2)，上面和底面两层为硬面层(1)；发泡层(2)是用无机材料发泡而成的轻质材料。
本实用新型由于采用了上述方案，和现有保温隔热材料相比，由于保温板的中间一层为发泡层，具有轻质、阻燃、保温、隔热、价廉的特点，生产工艺简单。板的两个硬面层具有装饰和增强的作用，中间发泡层用无机材料(粉煤灰，石粉等)发泡而成，具有防火性能。
本实用新型的综合性能好，质轻、保温、隔热、强度高、阻燃、环保，生产投资小，原材料来源广泛，制作成本低，用途广。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图1，对本实用新型作详细说明。
在模具的控制下，在两块硬面层(1)之间浇注无机材料(需先进行粉碎)、胶凝剂和发泡剂组成的混合浆体，在发泡剂的膨胀作用下，混合浆体不断膨胀并和硬面层(1)复合在一起而成为无机材料发泡层(2)。
