本实用新型涉及一种吊运装置，尤其涉及一种电磁线线轴吊运装置。
背景技术
变压器线圈的绕制需要大量电磁线，对于直径600mm左右的电磁线线轴吊运一直采用将吊杠穿过线轴中心，然后用标准的钢丝绳吊钩起吊的方式。此种吊运方式存在脱钩的安全隐患，为保障安全生产，开发一种安全吊运装置是十分必要的。
实用新型内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是提供一种电磁线线轴吊运装置，使用该装置，可以防止发生脱钩的危险，实现安全吊运。
为了解决上述技术问题，本实用新型采取以下技术方案：
一种电磁线线轴吊运装置，包括吊耳，其特征在于：吊耳与连接板相铰接，连接板与吊筒相连。
所述吊耳上连接有绳索。
本实用新型用吊筒替换吊钩，避免了以往吊杠从吊钩处滑脱的危险，实现了安全生产。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图，通过实施例对本实用新型做具体说明：
如图1和图2所示，吊耳4与连接板2通过销轴相铰接，在连接板2下方焊接有吊筒3，吊筒3为圆筒形，圆筒内径稍大于吊杠直径，以便能够顺利将吊筒3套在吊杠上。在吊耳4上连接有钢丝绳1。
工作时，将吊杠穿过电磁线线轴的轴心，然后用两个本装置从线轴两侧将吊筒3套在吊杠上，用起重机起吊钢丝绳1，即可将线轴吊起。

1.一种电磁线线轴吊运装置，包括吊耳，其特征在于：吊耳与连接板相铰接，连接板与吊筒相连。
