背景技术
[0002] 通常热电厂,厂内的综合热效率不到40%,其它热量白白损失掉了,而其中最大的就是凝汽器的冷源损失,约占总损失的60%以上。为了利用这些余热,目前ー些热电联产电厂中,利用抽凝式汽轮机的抽汽在热网加热器中直接加热热网回水,一般加热到120〜130°C左右后供出,为此需要汽轮机的抽汽压力在0. 3MPa以上,对应的冷凝温度在135°C以上,而热网回水一般只有60°C左右,因此在热网加热器的进ロ端就存在着高达70°C以上的传热温差,造成较大的有效能损失,不符合能量梯级利用原则。随着地板辐射采暖、风机盘管等高效散热末端以及热泵机组的大量使用,热网回水温度还可以更低,则热网加热器的 进ロ端存在的传热温差就更大。另外,这种抽凝式汽轮机即使在冬季最大供热エ况下,仍然有大量余热通过循环冷却水排放到环境,如果能将这部分余热回收利用,将会使电厂的能源利用效率得到提高,同时可以減少冷却水蒸发量,节省宝贵的水资源,并减少向环境的热量和水汽排放。

[0004] 本实用新型的上述目的是这样实现的,所述热电厂汽轮机凝汽器的循环水冷却供暖装置,包括凝汽器、凉水塔、凉水塔循环泵、一级热网循环泵、ニ级站热交換器、热カ站循环泵。装有一级热网循环泵、热网回水电动阀和凝汽器出水电动阀的管线,将凝汽器与ニ级站热交換器连接;装有凉水塔循环泵、凉水塔来水电动阀和凉水塔回水电动阀的管线,将凝汽器和凉水塔连接;ニ级站热交換器和热カ站循环泵以及热用户通过管线连接。
[0005] 所述凝汽器与ニ级站热交換器的连接管路上,装有蒸汽加热旁路阀,在与所述蒸汽加热旁路阀并联的、装有蒸汽加热进水阀和蒸汽加热出水阀的旁路管线上,装有蒸汽加热器。
[0006] 所述ニ级站热交換器与热カ站循环泵以及热用户的二次网管线上三通连接热网补水泵。
[0007] 本实用新型的优点在于:首先,实现凝汽式汽轮机充分利用循环水供热,冷却水出ロ温度达到80°C,直接用循环水供暖减少了冷源损失,节约标煤消耗;同时由于供热一次网和二次网相对独立,当一次网受到电厂生产调节的影响时可以进行调整不会对二次网产生影响;再则,通过一次网循环水热交换加热二次网循环水使用供热更加平稳,改变了高层和底层供热温差大,近处和远处供热温差大的状況。另外,本实用新型涉及的是余热回收利用,本身不消耗原材料,只是通过改变生产过程中的エ艺方案,充分利用生产过程中产生的余热进行转换,成为可利用的二次能源,提高能源利用效率,不对环境及资源产生破坏性影响。[0008] 附图说明:

[0013] 下面结合附图对本实用新型进行进ー步说明。
[0014] 热电厂汽轮机凝汽器的循环水冷却供暖属汽机的ー种变エ况运行。改变运行方式后,热网中的热用户相当于凉水塔,循环水在凝汽器中吸收热量送到热用户散热后,再到凝汽器吸收循环,冷凝器相当于总换热站的热交換器。
[0015] 同一般冷凝运行一祥,在循环水流量一定时,凝汽器的真空度取决于循环水的迸、出水温度,循环水进、出口温差取决于凝汽器的蒸汽量大小,运行过程有三种情况发生:
[0016] ①当循环水在热网中散发的热量小于在凝汽器中吸收的热量,进水(热网的回水)温度将逐渐升高,凝汽器真空降低,排气温度随之升高,循环水出口水温升高。
[0017] ②当循环水在热网中散发的热量等于在凝汽器中吸收热量,进出水温度保持不变,凝汽器真空不变,机组稳定运行。
[0018] ③当循环水在热网中散发的热量大于在凝汽器中吸收的热量,进水温度降低,真空升高,排气温度下降,出ロ水温也降低。
[0019] 上述规律说明,汽轮机处于以热定电的调节状态,当循环水流量和采暖面积一定时,在需要较高的供暖水温度时,増加汽轮机的电负荷,从而增加排气量,真空降低,当需要较低的供暖水温度吋,减少汽机的电负荷,真空升高,当循环水温达到要求保持不变吋,保持汽机电负荷不变,处于稳定运行。
[0020]为改变采用抽汽换热供暖方式的资源浪费现象,低真空循环水供热技术正在普遍实用,本实用新型将凝汽器最为供热的一次网循环水加热器,而一般低真空循环水供热的做法是将凝汽器加热的循环水直接送至采暖用户。循环水在凝汽器和各个ニ级热交换站之间的循环作为供热一次网,把凝汽器作为一次网循环水加热器,把各个ニ级热交换站热交换器作为热网用户回水加热器。各个ニ级热交换站和采暖用户之间的二次网循环水为用户供暖。通过各个ニ级热交換器将二次网循环水加热,二次网循环水在首站热交換器和用户之间循环以达到为用户供热的目的。同时,本实用新型将供热尖峰时刻用蒸汽加热的调节方式也运行在一次网。本实用新型的汽轮机运行时将其排汽压カ从原来的4〜6kPa提高到49kPa,利用排汽尾气将循环水加热到70〜80°C,以此来实现供热目的。
[0021] 如图I所示,在非采暖期时,关闭凝汽器出水电动阀(7)和热网回水电动阀(8),打开凉水塔来水电动阀(5)和凉水塔回水电动调节阀(6),本实用新型的热电厂汽轮机凝汽器的循环水冷却供暖装置,就成了包括凝汽器、凉水塔、凉水塔循环泵的汽轮机凝汽器的冷却装置。冷却凝汽器(3)出来的循环水通过凉水塔循环泵(I)作用,在凉水塔和凝汽器(3)之间循环,以达到冷却凝汽器保证汽轮机正常运行的目的。
[0022] 供暖期开始后,关闭凉水塔来水电动阀(5)和凉水塔回水电动阀(6);打开凝汽器
(3)出水电动阀(7)和热网回水电动阀(8),在一级热网循环泵(10)作用下,使冷却凝汽器
(3)的循环水在凝汽器(3)和ニ级站热交換器(13)之间循环,以达到加热二次网循环水以及冷却凝汽器保证汽轮机正常运行的目的。加热的二次网循环水在热カ站循环泵(17)作用下,通过打开状态的蒸汽加热旁路阀(12),在ニ级站热交換器(13)与热用户(16)之间循环,将热交换来的温暖带给广大热用户。
[0023] 当二次网循环水散失后,三通连接在ニ级站热交換器与热カ站循环泵以及热用户 的二次网管线上热网补水泵(15)可以启动,通过热网补水泵(15)来补水。
[0024] 当供热负荷剑锋时期,关闭蒸汽加热旁路阀(12),打开蒸汽加热进水阀(9)和蒸汽加热出水阀(14),与蒸汽加热旁路阀(12)并联的旁路管线接通,用蒸汽加热器(11)加热一次网循环水以达到给供热网补充热量的目的。蒸汽加热器(11)所用的加热蒸汽可以来自汽轮机,也可以来自其他蒸汽源。
[0025] 由于通过利用凝汽机的循环水供热降低冷源损失,是非常成功的,改造比较简単,设备可以安全稳定运行,因此节能效果显著,经济效益非常可观。既节约了凉水塔蒸发掉的大量水资源,又使发电产生的大量余热得到了合理的利用,大大降低了城市居民冬季采暖的闻能耗和闻排污。

Claims (3)
1. 一种热电厂汽轮机凝汽器的循环水冷却供暖装置,包括凝汽器(3)、凉水塔、凉水塔循环泵(I)、热カ站循环泵(17),其特征是所述装置还包括一级热网循环泵(10)和ニ级站热交換器(13),装有一级热网循环泵(10)、出水电动阀(7)和回水电动阀(8)的管线,将凝汽器(3)与ニ级站热交換器(13)连接,装有凉水塔循环泵(I )、凉水塔来水电动阀(5)和凉水塔回水电动阀(6)的管线,将凝汽器(3)和凉水塔连接,ニ级站热交換器(13)和热カ站循环泵(17)以及热用户(16)通过管线连接。
2.如权利要求I所述的循环水冷却供暖装置,其特征是所述凝汽器(3)与ニ级站热交换器(13)的连接管路上,装有蒸汽加热旁路阀(12),在与所述蒸汽加热旁路阀(12)并联的、装有蒸汽加热进水阀(9)、蒸汽加热出水阀(14)的旁路管线上,装有蒸汽加热器(11)。
3.如权利要求I所述的循环水冷却供暖装置,其特征是所述ニ级站热交換器(13)与热カ站循环泵(17)以及热用户(16)的二次网管线上三通连接热网补水泵(15)。
