背景技术
软密封闸阀是一种常用的流体控制装置，广泛使用在供水管网上。目前，在楼房等建筑屋的供水管网中。通常要安装具有截止和过滤功能的阀门。对管道进行截流和过滤渣滓。现有的管路中一般按顺序，装一个软密封闸阀，接着在装一个Y型过滤器。后面在装其它阀门。也有把软密封闸阀与Y型过滤器连在一起，但目前这些结构体积都很大,占地空间多,连接法兰多,安装不方便等。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的就是解决软密封闸阀加装过滤器，体积大，占地空间多,连接法兰多,安装不方便的问题。
本实用新型采用的技术方案是：一种具有过滤功能的软密封闸阀，其特征是它是软密封闸阀出水口连接有过滤器。
所述的过滤器包括管形阀体和用于过滤的滤网，所述的阀体的流体通过管腔内设有开口槽，滤网位于开口槽内并与管壁液密封，开口槽上设有与阀体连接的压盖对过滤网固定。
所述的软密封闸阀的阀体与过滤器阀体铸连为一体。
所述的开口槽底部开设有排污孔，排污孔出口设有堵塞封堵。
本实用新型有益效果是：平底式结构,具有很好的截流和过滤功能。软密封阀体与过滤器阀体合为一体,结构最紧凑、合理。体积小，占地空间少。重量轻，成本低，安装方便。积渣清理安全方便。

具体实施方式
如图1、图2所示，一种具有过滤功能的软密封闸阀，它是软密封闸阀1出水口连接有过滤器。过滤器包括管形阀体4和用于过滤的滤网3，阀体4的流体通过管腔内设有开口槽，滤网3位于开口槽内并与管壁液密封，开口槽上设有与阀体连接的压盖2对滤网3固定，本实施例的压盖2是通过螺栓实现与阀体4的连接。软密封闸阀1的阀体与过滤器阀体4铸连为一体。整体阀体的两端连接法兰。开口槽底部开设有排污孔5，排污孔5出口设有堵塞封堵。
使用时，用滤网紧固螺栓将过滤网固定在过滤器压盖上，整体装入装有过滤器阀盖密封垫的过滤器阀体内，清理渣滓时，关闭软密封闸阀，卸掉过滤器压盖紧固螺栓，将过滤器压盖及滤网一同取出，就可以将渣滓清理干净。
两阀室各至分开操作，同时通过同一个阀体连在一起。结构紧凑合理。

1.一种具有过滤功能的软密封闸阀，其特征是它是软密封闸阀（1）出水口连接有过滤器。
2.根据权利要求1所述的具有过滤功能的软密封闸阀，其特征是所述的过滤器包括管形阀体（4）和用于过滤的滤网（3），所述的阀体（4）的流体通过管腔内设有开口槽，滤网（3）位于开口槽内并与管壁液密封，开口槽上设有与阀体连接的压盖（2）对滤网（3）固定。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的具有过滤功能的软密封闸阀，其特征是所述的软密封闸阀（1）的阀体与过滤器阀体（4）铸连为一体。
