本实用新型涉及一种门板运输时的包装结构。
背景技术
目前在家具运输时采用的是纸质护角或泡沫，但由于在运输过程中不可避免的会发生一些碰撞。当运输的是门板等对边角破损度要求很高的情况时，由于无法解决纸质护角或泡沫易破损的问题，使得门板边角的破损率很高，影响产品的销售。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的就是针对上述现有技术的不足，提供一种结构简单，使用方便的废板护角结构。
本实用新型采用的技术方案如下：
一种废板护角结构，其特征是它包括两块木板和将两块木板相连接在一起的废纸板。
所述两块木板均为方形。
所述两块木板均粘贴在废纸板的同一侧面，且相距一段距离。
本实用新型的有益效果有：
结构简单，使用方便，经过高空抛掷、踩踏、弯折等实验，证实了此种护角确实比纸护角更为有效，且节约成本的多。

下面结合附图对本实用新型作进一步地说明：
如附图1所示，本实用新型它包括两块木板1和将两块木板1相连接在一起的废纸板2。木板1可以采用门板生产时的废弃边角料，节约生产成本。两块木板1一般采用的是方形。所述两块木板1均粘贴在废纸板2的同一侧面，且相距一段距离。例如为利用生产线上产生的废板，裁切出几个标准的规格出来。将两块相同规格的废板，中间保留10mm的空隙，用纸皮裁剪出的纸板2放置在一面，用透明胶粘连在一起，就形成了一个板材护角。包装上使用四个板材护角即完成门板运输时的有效保护。
