本实用新型揭示了一种高效、环保型挤出机电磁加热设备,所述挤出机电磁加热设备包括电磁加热主机、与电磁加热主机连接的耐高温线圈、防电磁泄漏系统,所述电磁加热主机包括温控系统、指示报警系统;所述温控系统包括温控器、与温控器连接的热传感器组;所述指示报警系统包括指示报警器、与指示报警器的信号线;所述电源与电磁加热主机连接,经电磁加热主机,转变为高频交流电,经耐高温线圈产生高频交变磁场使被加热体自身快速发热。本实用新型提出的挤出机电磁加热设备,通过电磁感应加热,可降低能耗、大幅度提高加热效率及加热可控性,通过防电磁泄漏系统可以有效降低电磁泄漏对周围环境和电器的干扰。

技术领域
本实用新型属于机械设备技术领域,涉及高效、环保型挤出机电磁加热设备。 
背景技术
传统的化纤挤出机加热设备是电阻加热,传统的电阻丝加热有以下缺点: 
(1)预热时间长,很长时间才能使被加热体达到要求温度; 
(2)热量散失严重,因为电阻丝为传导式加热,电阻丝自身温度远高于被加热体温度,大量热量散失到空气中; 
(3)电阻丝寿命较短,电阻丝加热时本身温度很高极易氧化。 
实用新型内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是:提供一种电磁加热设备,可降低能耗、大幅度提高加热效率及加热可控性,有效提高工作效率;防止电磁泄漏、电磁干扰;防止加热不均。 
为解决上述技术问题,本实用新型采用如下技术方案: 
挤出机电磁加热设备,所述挤出机电磁加热设备包括:电磁加热设备、电源、防电磁泄漏系统; 
所述电磁加热设备包括电磁加热主机、与电磁加热主机连接的加热耐高温线圈,线圈为单根线绕制而成,或为两根或为多根线绕制而成,绕线均匀的分布在加热区内,如线圈数不够可以用两根或多根线绕制,使加热更均匀,所述耐高温线圈与螺杆之间为耐高温保温棉和环氧板,减少热量散失有效提交热量利用率,所述电磁加热主机包括温控系统、指示报警系统; 
所述温控系统包括温控器、与温控器连接的热传感器组;所述指示报警系统包括指示报警器、与指示报警器的信号线; 
所述电源为三相四线电源与电磁加热主机连接,经电磁加热主机,转变为高频交流电,经耐高温线圈产生高频交变磁场使被加热体自身快速发热; 
所述防电磁泄漏系统由多根导磁条组成,形成导磁通道。 
作为本实用新型的一种优选方案,所述耐高温线圈均匀分布在加热区间,线圈为单根线绕制而成,或为两根或为多根线绕制而成,线圈的绕线均匀的分布在加热区内,如线圈数不够可以用两根或多根线绕制,使加热更均匀;耐高温线圈与螺杆之间为耐高温保温棉和环氧板,减少热量散失有效提交热量利用率;线圈外面由多根导磁条包裹,形成自耐高温线圈前端到耐高温线圈后端的闭合导磁通路,降低耐高温线圈外面的磁阻,将分散在线圈外面的磁场集中导向被加热体,减少电磁加热线圈的电磁辐射,达到减少电磁干 扰提高电磁加热效率的目的。 
作为本实用新型的一种优选方案,所述电源为三相四线电源。 
本实用新型的有益效果在于:本实用新型提出的挤出机电磁加热设备,通过电磁感应加热,可降低能耗、大幅度提高加热效率及加热可控性。同时,通过线圈的绕线均匀的分布在加热区内,如线圈数不够可以用两根或多根线绕制,使加热更均匀;线圈外面由多根导磁条包裹,形成自耐高温线圈前端至耐高温线圈后端的闭合导磁通路,降低耐高温线圈外面的磁阻,将分散在线圈外面的磁场集中导向被加热体,减少电磁加热线圈的电磁辐射,达到减少电磁干扰提高电磁加热效率的目的。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图详细说明本实用新型的优选实施例。 
请参阅图1、图2,本实用新型揭示了高效、环保型挤出机电磁加热设备,所述电磁加热设备包括耐高温线圈1、感温头2、导磁条3、报警指示器4、温控器5、电磁加热主机6、电源7、环氧板8、耐高温保温棉9、炮筒10、耐高温线11、导磁条12。所述加热设备采用电磁加热系统,有效的提高了加热效率。 
所述三相四线电源7经电磁加热主机6,转变为高频交流电,经耐高温线圈1产生高频交变磁场使炮筒10自身快速发热。 
所述温控器5与热传感器组成温控系统,实施对加热设备温度的自动精密控制。所述报警指示器4与信号线组成指示报警系统,使电磁加热主机6能根据工作实际温度自动报警,有效提高了加热设备工作的可靠性。 
如图2所示,耐高温线下方采用保温系统,有效的减少热量的散失,提高了热量的利用率;耐高温线外是由导磁条组成的防电磁泄漏系统,电磁加热设备工作时,耐高温线圈1产生的磁场经导磁条12直接导 向被加热体,形成了一个闭合的磁场通道。 
综上所述,本实用新型提出的挤出机电磁加热设备,通过电磁感应加热,可降低能耗、大幅度提高加热效率及加热可控性。同时,通过耐高温线圈上导磁条的设置,为磁场提供了一个闭合的导磁通道,降低耐高温线圈外面的磁阻,将分散在线圈外面的磁场集中导向被加热体,减少电磁加热线圈的电磁辐射,达到减少电磁干扰提高电磁加热效率的目的。

1.高效、环保型挤出机电磁加热设备,其特征在于,所述挤出机电磁加热设备包括:电磁加热设备、电源、防电磁泄漏系统;
所述电磁加热设备包括电磁加热主机、与电磁加热主机连接的耐高温线圈,所述电磁加热主机包括温控系统、指示报警系统;
所述温控系统包括温控器、与温控器连接的热传感器组;所述指示报警系统包括指示报警器、与指示报警器的信号线;
所述电源与电磁加热主机连接,经电磁加热主机,转变为高频交流电,经耐高温线圈产生高频交变磁场使被加热体自身快速发热;
所述防电磁泄漏系统由导磁条组成。
