乒乓球，是我国的国球，同时也是一种世界流行的球类体育项目，尤其是在我国比较普遍。众所周知，打乒乓球时需要用手握紧球拍柄，通过拍板来击打乒乓球，对于我们常人来说比较上手，但是对于一些热爱体育但手部存在残疾的人员则无法练习乒乓球，往往使得他们存在一定的遗憾。

为克服上述技术问题，本实用新型提供了一种结构简单，适合手部存在残疾的人员进行使用的新型乒乓球拍。
为实现上述技术目的，本实用新型是采用以下技术方案实现的：一种乒乓球拍，包括一个拍板，拍板上固定有手柄，其特征在于：手柄上设有一臂套，臂套上设有腕带。
本实用新型具有以下有益效果：手部存在残疾，无法握持乒乓球拍的人员，可将小臂放置在臂套内，然后通过腕带进行固定即可。其结构简单，操作方便，具有一定的实用性。
