Abstract
本实用新型提供的是透平机械中用于汽或气密封的铁素体密封结构体。结构是：在汽封体底部设有汽封体槽道，在汽封体槽道内镶嵌有铁素体汽封齿。由于本实用新型在密封体上设置有槽道，在槽道内镶嵌铁素体汽封齿，所制成的密封结构体使用时对汽轮机转子伤害小，能够缩小汽封与转子之间的径向间隙。适宜安装在汽轮机上作为密封部件使用。

技术领域
本实用新型提供的是透平机械中用于汽或气密封的铁素体密封结构体。
背景技术
透平机械为具有叶片的动力式流体机械。透平机械的共同特点是装有叶片的转子作高速旋转运动，气体或液体流经叶片之间通道时，叶片与流体之间产生力的相互作用，借以实现能量转化。在透平机械中，通常会用到梳齿密封结构，现有汽或气密封的梳齿密封结构，与转子之间存在较大间隙，漏气量大，从而使机组效率降低。
发明内容
为了减小现有密封体漏气量，本实用新型提供了铁素体密封结构体。该密封结构体通过将汽封底部车出槽道，将铁素体汽封齿镶嵌在槽道中。解决密封体减小漏气量的技术问题。
本实用新型解决技术问题所采用的方案是: 在汽封体底部设有汽封体槽道，在汽封体槽道内镶嵌有铁素体汽封齿。
积极效果，由于本实用新型在密封体上设置有槽道，在槽道内镶嵌铁素体汽封齿，所制成的密封结构体使用时对汽轮机转子伤害小，能够缩小汽封与转子之间的径向间隙。适宜安装在汽轮机上作为密封部件使用。

具体实施方式
据图所示，在汽封体0底部设有汽封体槽道1，在汽封体槽道内镶嵌有铁素体汽封齿2。
本实用新型铁素体密封结构适宜在高温环境下使用，诸如汽轮机过桥、平衡活塞转子挠度大或启动过程中振幅较大部位，具有安全性和密封性。
铁素体汽封齿，质地柔软，对汽轮机转子伤害小，因而能够缩小汽封与转子之间的径向间隙。
