[0002] 一直以来，管廊上大口径管道的运输始終是困扰管道施工的ー个重要的问题，通常都是靠肩扛、手拾、葫芦抬吊或靠卷扬机拽的方法，既费时费力，又不安全。

[0003] 为了解决现有技术中存在的上述问题，本实用新型提出ー种适用于长输管廊 施工大型管道安装运输的管道运输架，既简单又实用，很好的解决了管道在管廊上运输的问题。具体技术方案如下：
[0004] 一种管廊大型管道安装快捷运输装置，包括台架、支撑腿和滚筒；所述台架上设有滚筒支架，滚筒通过轴承连接在滚筒支架上；所述支撑腿有4根，分别连接在台架下；相邻支撑腿之间的间距与管廊梁的宽度对应。
[0005] 在具体使用时候，把多个本装置假设在管廊梁上，方法是，把支撑腿骑在管廊梁上，多个装置的平行的滚筒构成大口径管道或其他大型长条形材料的输送轨道。
[0006] 与现有技术相比，本管道运输架很好的解决了管廊上管道运输的难题，而且制造简单，材料均为施工现场常用材料，成本低廉，能回收重复使用，可广泛应用于管道施工中。

[0012] 台架可以由现场比较普遍的槽钢、角钢等材料焊接组成；滚筒可以采用DMO-DNlOOmm的钢管制成，同时两端安装对应规格的轴承。
[0013] 在使用时，管道运输架安装于管廊横梁上，管道即可平放于管道运输架上拖行。
[0014] 管道运输架很好的解决了管廊上管道运输的难题，而且制造简单，材料均为施工现场常用材料，成本低廉，能回收重复使用，可广泛应用于管道施工中。
[0015] 经管廊管道现场施工应用，与传统吊装机械安装对比，能节约エ时20%，节省吊装机械台班30%，经济效益显著。
