背景技术
现有的车轮按其制造材料可分为钢制车轮、铝合金车轮和钢铝组合车轮。钢制车轮由压装焊接最终涂装而成,价格便宜、工艺简单、投资少,缺点是产品档次低,美观程度差。铝合金车轮是通过熔炼、铸造、热处理、机加工和表面处理而成,具有外形豪华美观、重量轻、产品精度高等优点,缺点是设备投入大、废品率高、产品价格高。钢铝组合车轮采用普通钢制轮辋与铝合金轮辐转配焊接,兼顾了铝合金轮辐和钢制轮辋的特点,价格介于两种车轮之间,缺点是轮辋表面需进行电镀,易造成工业污染,另外铝合金轮辐同铝合金车轮一样需巨额投资。

本实用新型要解决的技术问题是:克服现有技术中之不足,提供一种减少生产设备的投入,性能好,外观美观的机动车车轮结构。 
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种机动车车轮结构,它具有轮辋,所述的轮辋与轮缘一体成型,在其中心位置处开设有轴孔,轮辋与轮缘同轴度偏差0±0.5mm。 
进一步的,本实用新型所述的车轮材料为不锈钢。
