背景技术
化工设备中的真空叶滤机是一种常用设备，其中叶滤片又是叶滤机中的关键部件。通常的来说，叶滤片都是通过注塑成型的方式来制备毛坯件的，然后通过机加工的工艺最终完成叶滤片的制备。所以模具设计的合理与否，直接关系到叶滤片的制造成本和制造质量。

本实用新型的目的在于提供一种制备叶滤片的下模具，结构更合理，既能满足制备高质量注塑件的要求，又能实现多特征的成型，综合性能更优。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采取的技术方案是：一种制备叶滤片的下模具，其特征在于，包括模具本体，所述模具本体的中央处为模腔，在所述模腔的侧板上设有通孔，一拉杆穿过通孔后两端通过螺母紧固在模具上，所述模具本体的四周设有固定孔。
在所述拉杆的一端设有环状的拉环。
本实用新型的有益效果是：本实用新型是专门用于制备叶滤片的模具，结构设计合理，可以一次的制备出合格的毛坯件。

具体实施方式
如图1所示，一种制备叶滤片的下模具，它包括模具本体1，模具本体1是由底板和侧板通过焊接而成的，在底板上雕刻有花纹2，图中只画出了部分花纹。模具1本体的中央处为模腔3，在模腔的侧板上设有通孔，通孔两两一对布置在相对的侧面上，拉杆4穿过通孔后两端通过螺母7紧固在模具上，拉杆4大部分处于模腔的空间内，如图所示，拉杆4共四只。模具本体1的四周设有固定孔5，可以是使用螺栓将模具本体固定在安装平台上。为便于拉杆的拔出，在所述拉杆4的一端设有环状的拉环6，可以方便的将拉环拉出，形成预制孔。

1.一种制备叶滤片的下模具，其特征在于，包括模具本体，所述模具本体的中央处为模腔，在所述模腔的侧板上设有通孔，一拉杆穿过通孔后两端通过螺母紧固在模具上，所述模具本体的四周设有固定孔。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种制备叶滤片的下模具，其特征是，在所述拉杆的一端设有环状的拉环。
