大米在加工过程中，需要将混在大米中的杂质给除去，以保证大米的清洁度。这些杂质分为较轻的粉尘以及较重的重尘。企业需要在两个工序中分别除去粉尘和重尘。除去重尘过程中，需要一种除重尘装置。

一种除重尘装置，其特征在于：包括有除尘管道，除尘管道出料端设有吸风机，所述除尘管道底部的侧壁上设有落料口，所述除尘管道上位于落料口部位连通有落料仓，所述落料仓的下方设有集料箱，所述落料仓的出料端伸入所述的集料箱内。
一种除重尘装置，其特征在于：所述集料箱的侧壁上设有出料口。
大米从除尘管道的进料端进入，启动吸风机，将大米吸向除尘管道的出料端。在此过程中，重尘由于重量较重，只能在除尘管道内滚动，当重尘滚动到落料口部位落入落料仓，最终进入集料箱中，从集料箱上的出料口出料。
