本实用新型涉及制浆造纸设备领域,具体地说是一种新型真空吸移辊,由辊体、真空室、真空抽吸管、纵向密封、横向密封、隔板、喷水管组成,其特征在于:从原真空吸移辊真空抽吸管管壁接进一根耐压耐酸的喷水管,喷水管位于横向密封中下方,喷水管上侧均匀安装喷嘴。本实用新型的有益效果是,不需要停机就能定期地对真空吸移辊的辊体孔眼进行喷淋冲刷,从而有效降低辊体孔眼的堵塞,减少纸机断头的次数,延长冲刷周期。

本实用新型涉及制浆造纸设备领域,具体地说是一种新型真空吸移辊,特别适用于瓦楞原纸生产纸车上使用。 
背景技术
    目前,公知的真空吸移辊的喷水管安装在真空室外部,只能在停机检修时对真空吸移辊的辊体孔眼进行喷淋冲刷,生产时常常因孔眼的堵塞造成对纸幅的吸移力降低,导致纸机的断头,影响生产,特别是真空室的两端,由于隔板的分割,真空度相对较低,细小杂质尘埃不易抽走,辊体的孔眼更易堵塞,常常因真空吸移辊两端纸的湿度较大,造成断头,影响生产。 
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是在于克服以上不足,提供一种新型真空吸移辊,使用该新型真空吸移辊,可以有效降低辊体孔眼的堵塞情况,减少断头的次数,延长冲刷周期和辊体使用寿命。 
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种新型真空吸移辊,由辊体、真空室、真空抽吸管、纵向密封、横向密封、隔板、喷水管组成,其特征在于:从原真空吸移辊真空抽吸管管壁接进一根耐压耐酸的喷水管,喷水管位于横向密封中下方,喷水管上侧均匀安装喷嘴。 
本实用新型的有益效果是,不需要停机就能定期地对真空吸移辊的辊体孔眼进行喷淋冲刷,从而有效降低辊体孔眼的堵塞,减少纸机断头的次数,延长冲刷周期。

具体实施方式
一种新型真空吸移辊,由辊体6、真空室9、真空抽吸管1、纵向密封2、横向密封7、隔板3、喷水管5组成,其特征是:从原真空吸移辊真空抽吸管1管壁接进一根耐压耐酸的喷水管5,喷水管5位于横向密封7中下方,喷水管5上侧均匀安装喷嘴 4。 
工作时,从喷水管5引进高压水,通过横向密封7下的喷嘴4定期向辊体6孔眼8进行冲刷,冲刷水通过真空抽吸管1排走,从而防止辊体6的孔眼8堵塞,降低纸幅在真空吸移辊断头的次数,延长冲刷周期。

1.一种新型真空吸移辊,由辊体(6)、真空室(9)、真空抽吸管(1)、纵向密封(2)、横向密封(7)、隔板(3)、喷水管(5)组成,其特征是:从原真空吸移辊真空抽吸管(1)管壁接进一根耐压耐酸的喷水管(5),喷水管(5)位于横向密封(7)中下方,喷水管(5)上侧均匀安装喷嘴(4)。
