背景技术
现今社会物流业飞速发展,塑料托盘在配送中的作用占有举足轻重的作用,各种机器设备,原材料等仓储和物流过程中,经常使用到托盘,其品种较多,结构不同,在集装箱汽车配件货物使用过程中发现,装载的货物被归成整齐划一的单元。当运载大型密封机械的托盘,其体积大,占用空间广,收纳不方便,而且是一次性运输,而且一般的注塑托盘只是简单的堆放,不能够进行嵌套堆垛;其需要占用很大的空间,使用寿命短,因此在运输过程中很容易造成零件松散和滑落,因此限制了物流速度,提高了物流运营成本和仓储成本。

本实用新型的目的是提供节约空间、占地小、收纳简单、降低仓储成本的一种组合式塑料托盘。
本实用新型的目的是以如下方式实现的:一种组合式塑料托盘,具有吸塑顶盖、围板、吸塑底座、所述吸塑顶盖通过围板卡接在所述吸塑底座,所述的围板两侧边中部具有折横部。
更进一步的说,所述围板为中空结构。
更进一步的说,所述围板为瓦楞纸板或聚丙烯树脂材料构成。
本实用新型优点:采用嵌套的塑料托盘使用寿命长,同尺寸重量的塑料托盘是注塑托盘的三分之二,降低了劳动成本,节约了资源,结构简单,操作方便的中间围板选用聚丙烯树脂的塑料中空板或七层瓦楞纸板做成可折叠的围板可循环使用多次再更换,这样设计可大大降低客户的物流运营及仓储成本。

见图1和图2,一种组合式塑料托盘,具有吸塑顶盖1、围板2、吸塑底座3、所述吸塑顶盖1通过围板2卡接在所述吸塑底座3,所述的围板2两侧边中部具有折横部2-1,所述围板2为中空结构的瓦楞纸板或聚丙烯树脂材料构成。其工作过程为:将所述中空结构的围板2沿折横方向向内侧折弯,变为“X”型后,上下压缩后收纳起来。其结构简单、操作方便,可以往复循环使用。
