本实用新型涉及汽车部件,具体地说是一种车用驱动电机悬置机械接口结构。 
背景技术
电机安装固定在车辆上,由于布置空间的问题,电机是通过悬置连接固定在车辆上的。现有的电机外壳体较薄,机械强度无法满足增加悬置机械接口要求,更改难度较大。 
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种车用驱动电机悬置机械接口结构,易于实现电机结构的改进。 
本实用新型的技术方案是:车用驱动电机悬置机械接口结构,它包括驱动电机,驱动电机的前端盖设有悬置连接板,悬置连接板上设有前悬置连接孔,驱动电机的后端盖上设有后悬置连接孔。 
本实用新型将电机悬置的机械接口设置在电机的前后端盖上,与端盖一起整体式加工。采用此种电机悬置机械接口,电机结构更改量少、周期短、技术风险小,而且充分利用电机前后端盖机械强度大的特点,对原电机的更改量少,技术风险小,实现费用低。悬置可靠性更高,同时避免了外壳体增加悬置后易损坏的风险。

具体实施方式 
如图1所示,电机1的壳体2的前端连接前端盖3,壳体2的后端连接后端盖4。前端盖3设有悬置连接板5,悬置连接板5上设有前悬置连接孔6,驱动电机的后端盖4上设有后悬置连接孔7。电机前悬置机械接口与电机前端盖整体式加工,后悬置机械接口与后端盖整体式加工,前悬置连接孔6采用2个Φ13的通 孔与整车连接,后悬置连接孔7采用4个M10的螺栓孔与整车连接。
