本实用新型的目的是这样实现的：一种设置有写字板的文件柜，由柜体和柜门组合而成，其特征是在柜门的上侧安装有一个由PVC复合材料制成的方形写字板，写字板的四只角通过螺丝钉固定在柜门上。
本实用新型将写字板直接安装在文件柜的柜门上，其整体设计合理、结构简单、制造成本低廉，办公人员可以直接将待办事项或易忘事项直接记录在文件柜的写字板上，不需要另外在办公室内挂上一个写字板，这样既节约了空间，办公人员使用起来也非常的方便。
