背景技术
采用铝壳的电解电容器,在使用过程中,铝壳的散热性能比较重要,同时电解电容器在遇到大的电流的时候,容易形成爆炸,存在安全隐患。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术中存在的缺陷,本实用新型提供一种电解电容器用的防爆铝壳,其结构简单,散热性好,安全性能高。
为实现以上的技术目的,本实用新型将采用以下的技术方案:一种电解电容器用的防爆铝壳,包括壳体,在所述壳体的底部内壁设置有防爆凹槽,在所述防爆凹槽与壳体的内侧壁间设有凸台。
所述防爆凹槽可为“十”字、“Y”字、“X”字等型。所述防爆凹槽的深度为所述壳体底部厚度的1/3-3/4。
所述凸台的厚度为所述壳体底部厚度的1/3-3/4。
本实用新型提供的一种电解电容器用的防爆铝壳,在电解电容器因为过载等原因引起内部电解质溶液温度迅速升高而膨胀的时候,防爆凹槽处会开裂,可及时地释放热量和高压,安全性得到提高;同时凸台起到散热性能。

具体实施方式
一种电解电容器用的防爆铝壳,包括壳体1,在所述壳体1的底部内壁设置有“十”字型防爆凹槽3,在所述防爆凹槽3与所述壳体1的内侧壁间设有长方形凸台2。
所述防爆凹槽3深度为0.2毫米,所述壳体1的底部厚度为0.5毫米,所述凸台2的厚度为0.25毫米。
本实用新型提供一种电解电容器用的防爆铝壳,其结构简单,散热性好,安全性能高。

1.一种电解电容器用的防爆铝壳,包括壳体,其特征在于:所述壳体的底部内壁设置有防爆凹槽,在所述防爆凹槽与壳体的内侧壁间设有凸台。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种电解电容器用的防爆铝壳,其特征在于:所述防爆凹槽的深度为所述壳体底部厚度的1/3-3/4。
