本实用新型涉及一种吊耳结构,尤其涉及可拆卸吊耳结构。
背景技术
矿业工厂大型结构物具有结构大,多层空间等特点,需要进行多个结构安装对接,涉及大量的吊装,其吊耳有两种形式,其中一种是固定式,直接将吊耳焊接到工字梁上,另一种形式是活动式(如图1-2所示),吊耳与工字梁通过螺栓进行连接。活动式的吊耳采用板式结构,由于螺栓孔存在一定间隙,导致在吊装过程中吊耳与工字梁的接触面很小,局部受力很大,很容易使工字梁的局部产生塑性变形。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于克服已有技术的缺陷,提供一种大大增加吊装过程中吊耳与工字梁的接触面积,改善局部受力特性,使工字梁的局部不产生塑性变形的提高局部接触强度的可拆卸吊耳结构。
