[0004] 该发明解决了城市生活垃圾发酵起动慢、周期长、菌种培养和循环困难、易造成酸中毒的难题,同时开发了针对可腐有机物资源化利用的有机肥生产技术。但是,该发明存在以下缺陷:
[0005] (I)忽视生活垃圾产生源头的分类收集和运输,不利于生活垃圾的分类处理,从而在运行成本控制、垃圾根治和避免二次污染等方面,给后续的垃圾处理流程带来很大压力;

[0031] 固体垃圾分拣单元2包括:一用于平衡垃圾运输和处理环节工作节奏的封闭垃圾仓;一用于从固体生活垃圾中分选出金属、塑料、纸张和玻璃的分拣机器;以及一用于对经过分拣机分拣的固体生活垃圾进行清洗、消毒的清洗机。固体垃圾分拣单元2负责处理固体生活垃圾,并回收金属、塑料、纸张和玻璃等可再生资源。封闭垃圾仓主要用于平衡垃圾运输环节和处理环节不同的工作节奏。采用封闭垃圾仓暂存固体生活垃圾,并对进仓垃圾喷洒除味剂,可以避免垃圾中的粉尘和恶臭对空气造成的二次污染。分拣机从固体生活垃圾中分选出金属、塑料、纸张和玻璃。清洗机对可再生资源进行清洗、消毒,然后送至干燥炉烘干后再回收利用。分拣机分选剩余的固体垃圾为树叶、树枝、包装板、废旧家具等可燃垃圾。清洗机对分选出的金属、塑料、纸张和玻璃进行清洗、消毒,再经过干燥炉烘干处理后,一部分为金属、塑料、玻璃等可回收物A,一部分为可燃烧发电的废弃物。上述处理方式既可以节约可再生资源,又可以避免垃圾中的污染物传播造成二次污染,经过分拣单元处理后,固体生活垃圾可减容80 %,减重70 %。经过清洗机处理后的。
[0032] 厌氧发酵单元9包括:一用于分解除固体生活垃圾外的剩余垃圾的酸化池;以及一用于对经酸化池处理过的剩余垃圾进行厌氧发酵的厌氧塔。厌氧发酵单元9负责处理餐余垃圾。在合适的温、湿度条件下,并与空气隔绝的环境里,厌氧菌通过生化反应分解餐余垃圾中的有机质,产生可用来发电的高热值沼气,和无害的二氧化碳和水。厌氧发酵单元9由“酸化池”和“厌氧塔”组成。酸化池用来分解餐余垃圾。酸化池通过生化反应产生有机酸。餐余垃圾中的有机质在酸性物质作用下分解为有机小颗粒。厌氧塔是有机小颗粒进行厌氧发酵的主要设备。厌氧塔排出物经过固、液分离得到沼液和沼渣。沼液含活性厌氧菌,由污水泵送回厌氧塔进行循环利用。沼渣富含氮、磷、钾等有机元素,经消毒、干燥后作为农家肥出售,实现了有机元素资源的回收再利用。厌氧发酵单元9可以将生活垃圾中的餐余垃圾100%处理掉。

[0034] 环保子系统包括:一用于处理灰渣等固体废弃物的卫生填埋单元4 ;一用于处理液体废弃物的污水/污泥处理单元3 ;以及一用于处理气体废弃物的烟气处理单元5。 [0035] 卫生填埋单元4采用卫生填埋工艺,利用荒芜土地处理焚烧炉产生的灰渣。灰渣卫生填埋工艺包括:喷洒除味菌、敷设防渗漏膜、喷雾降尘、封土覆盖、渗滤液导排等几项工艺措施。为防止飞灰、改善地表面貌,可以用泥土覆盖卫生填埋单元4,并在封土覆盖区域种植草皮,起到涵水固土作用。卫生填埋单元4采用的各种环保工艺,使得垃圾处置场环保隔离带以外的空气质量达到国家I级空气质量标准。卫生填埋单元4处理的灰渣与转运进场的固体垃圾及污泥相比,重量减少90%,体积减少95%,卫生填埋消耗的土地资源需求相应减少90%。
[0036] 污水/污泥处理单元3包括挤干机、沉淀池、生化罐、消毒罐和过滤器。污水/污泥处理单元3负责处理生活垃圾中的污泥,以及其它单元运行过程中产生的污水。污水/污泥处理单元3由“挤干机”、“沉淀池”、“生化罐”、“消毒罐”和“过滤器”组成。挤干机挤出污泥中的水分,形成污泥块。含有机质的污泥块可以燃烧。污水/污泥处理单元3收集污水来源包括:挤干机挤出的污水、固体垃圾分拣单元2清洗机废弃的污水、卫生填埋单元4抽取的渗滤液。沉淀池利用重力分离污水中的泥砂。生化罐利用好氧菌进行生化反应,除去污水中的有机杂质。消毒罐用抗生素和杀毒剂灭杀污水中的细菌、病毒。过滤器用来过滤污水中悬浮的小颗粒。污水经过上述净化流程处理后变成再生清水,回送至清洗机循环利用。污水/污泥处理单元3不仅处理了生活垃圾及其处理过程中产生的污水,还实现了全部污水100%再生利用,节约了大量的水资源。污水再生过程中采取的消毒、灭菌措施,有效避免了二次污染。生活垃圾中的污泥烘干后作为焚烧发电单元6的燃料之一,实现能源物质的回收利用。
[0037] 烟气处理单元5包括换热器、除尘器、脱硫塔、脱硝罐和烟園。烟气处理单元5的功能是处理焚烧炉产生的烟气。烟气处理单元5由“换热器”、“除尘器”、“脱硫塔”、“脱硝罐”和“烟®”组成。换热器是烟气和空气进行热交换的设备。烟气是热源,空气是冷媒。换热器出口烟气温度被快速降至250°C以下,排放的烟气中二恶英含量进一步降低。除尘器过滤掉烟气中的悬浮颗粒。脱硫塔用化学方法去除烟气中的二氧化硫。脱硝罐用化学方法去除烟气中的氮氧化物。通过烟®将处理后的烟气B排入高空,由高空大气对烟气进行稀释。焚烧炉排出的烟气经过烟气处理单元5处理后,污染物浓度降低90%,排放指标可以达到欧盟最新标准。

[0039] 发电子系统包括:一用于将经厌氧塔产生的沼气所含的化学能转化为电能的沼气发电单元8 ;—用于将经分拣机分拣后的剩余物焚烧发电的沼气发电单元8 ;该系统还可以有一风力发电单兀;一光伏发电单兀;以及一太阳能热发电单兀,用于对沼气发电单兀8和沼气发电单元8进行发电互补,或提供垃圾处理时所需的电能。沼气发电单元8和沼气发电单元8所发的电能通过变电站7输送上网。[0040] 沼气发电单元8利用发电机组将沼气所含化学能转化为电能。沼气发电单元8由“预处理装置”、“储气柜”和“燃气发电机组”组成。预处理装置对来自厌氧发酵单元9的沼气进行加压、过滤、除湿和脱硫处理。储气柜具有沼气储存和压力缓冲双重功能。储气柜出口的沼气压力平稳、成分纯净。燃气发电机组以沼气为燃料,通过燃气机作功推动发电机发电。沼气发电单元8发电机组装机容量为1MW,日发电量达到20,000. OOkWh。沼气发电单元8自耗电占3 0%,多余的电量可以满足整个生活垃圾处置场10%的用电需求。燃气发电机组排放的烟气中,氮氧化物含量低于250ppm。
[0041] 焚烧发电单元6功能是通过焚烧分选剩余的固体垃圾和干燥污泥块,产生的热量用来加热水,水受热汽化驱动蒸汽轮机发电。焚烧发电单元6由“输送带”、“垃圾仓”、“焚烧炉”、“汽包”和“汽轮发电机组”组成。输送带将固体垃圾和污泥块运送至垃圾仓。垃圾仓既可以集中存放焚烧炉的燃料,又可以解决分拣机运行与焚烧炉上料速度不一致的矛盾。焚烧炉将可燃固体生活垃圾和干燥污泥块中的化学能转换为热能。汽包吸收焚烧垃圾产生的热量加热其中的水产生水蒸汽,推动汽轮发电机组。发电机在汽轮机带动下,将旋转运动的机械能转化为电枢中的电磁能输出。采用空燃比调节和垃圾停留时间控制,既可以提高焚烧炉的垃圾焚烧效率和产热量,又可以减少有毒物质排放。焚烧炉的烟气送往烟气处理单元5,灰渣运送至环保子系统的垃圾中转站I。对于日处理能力达到1000吨以上的生活垃圾综合处置场,焚烧发电单元6每天的发电量可以达到600,000. OOkffh (除去自用电以后的净发电量)。采用焚烧过程控制技术和焚烧产物处理工艺,将垃圾焚烧炉排放的有毒有害物质总量减少95%。
[0042] 风力发电单元的功能是开发生活垃圾处置场周边环保隔离带上空的风力资源,利用涡轮发电机发电,提高生产用电自给率,降低垃圾处置成本。风力发电单元由环保隔离带、塔杆和涡轮发电机组成。环保隔离带采用多种植物搭配的种植方案,利用不同植物属性和高度差异,提高环保隔离带吸附有害物质能力,及对空气和水源的净化效果。塔杆支撑涡轮发电机。涡轮发电机利用风能驱动发电机发电。风力发电单元安装的风电机组年利用率可以达到35%,所发电量可以满足生活垃圾处置场25%的生产用电需求。多余的电能上网销售。
[0043] 光伏发电单元的功能是利用垃圾处置场零星的闲置土地,开发太阳光能发电,提高生产用电自给率,降低垃圾处置成本。光伏发电单元由“光伏电池阵列”、“逆变器”和“开关设备”组成。光伏电池阵列将太阳光能转化为电能,经逆变器逆变上网。光伏发电单元优先满足生产用电需求,每年可以向处置场提供处理生活垃圾所需电量的5%。
[0044] 太阳能热发电单元的功能是利用垃圾填埋场封土覆盖后大片闲置的土地资源,开发太阳能热发电,提高生产用电自给率,降低垃圾处置成本。太阳能热发电单元由“聚光器”、“集热器”和“涡轮发电机组”组成。聚光器将太阳光热积聚在焦点。集热器安装在焦点处,集中太阳辐射的热能用来加热传热介质。传热介质受热汽化,推动涡轮发电机组发电。太阳能热发电单元优先满足生产用电需求,每年可以向处置场提供处理生活垃圾所需电量的5%。
