使用时，人坐在座椅上，双脚踩在脚蹬上，扣上子母扣，两腿用力蹬脚蹬，通过往返交替圆周运动以增强下肢肌肉的力量。可有效地锻炼下肢肌肉群力量，能缓解下肢酸痛症状。
