本实用新型解决其技术问题所采取的技术方案是：一种雨伞，其结构包括伞柄和伞面，所述的伞柄的顶端设有一个挂柱，伞面固定在伞柄的上部，伞面的外边缘连接有一圈筒形的布帘，布帘的末端设有若干个挂环，所述的挂环与挂柱活动扣接。

如图1、图2所示。一种雨伞，其结构包括伞柄3和伞面2，所述的伞柄3的顶端设有一个挂柱1，伞面2固定在伞柄3的上部，伞面2的外边缘连接有一圈筒形的布帘4，布帘4的末端设有若干个挂环5，所述的挂环5与挂柱1活动扣接。所述的布帘4为透明材质制成，内侧涂有防紫外线涂层。
下雨时，垂落在伞面2外边缘处的布帘4能够将使用者围在其所形成的筒形空间中，避免侧风吹来的雨水打湿身体，透明的布帘4不会妨碍使用者的视线；晴天时将布帘4末端的挂环5挂在伞柄3顶端的挂柱1上，布帘4即罩在伞面2上，可作为常规遮阳伞使用。
