本实用新型涉及一种生活用品,尤其是一种炊具。
背景技术
众所周知,炉灶是人们生活中最基本的烹饪工具之一。但是,现在的炉灶功能过于单一,只提供供气燃烧功能,却无法提供安全的烹饪环境,特别是当烹饪过程中拿起锅具时,炉盘依然持续大流量的供气燃烧,既浪费燃气,又容易造成威胁。为此,人们很需要一种在拿起锅具时减小燃气输出量的炉灶。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种结构合理、方便实用、工艺精巧的感压节能液化气炉灶。
本实用新型主要包括炉盘、支架、底盘、进气管以及开关,炉盘置于底盘内,两者之间通过弹簧连接,进气管透过底盘与炉盘接通,进气管一侧安装开关;在进气管上安装压力控制阀,且压力控制阀的控制端通过拉簧和触头与炉盘连接。
使用时,打开进气管的开关,使煤气或天然气顺着进气管从炉盘喷出,点燃燃气后,便可在炉盘上放置锅具进行烹饪。当炉盘上放置锅具时,锅具重量会向下压迫炉盘,使炉盘下移,炉盘下移后带动触头下移,触头带动拉簧上移,拉簧上移后迫使压力控制阀正常工作,保持进气管的正常通气,此时可正常烹饪。当锅具离开炉盘时,炉盘受弹簧作用而上移,炉盘上移后带动触头上移,触头带动拉簧一端上移,使得拉簧的另一端下移,下移的拉簧迫使压力控制阀缩小通气口,使得进气管内的燃气量变小,使炉盘喷出的燃气量也随之变小,此时火苗变小,既提高了烹饪安全性也节省了燃气消耗量。
与已有技术相比,本实用新型的有益效果为:安全可靠、方便实用、应用广泛、工艺合理,可提高安全性,并能避免燃气浪费。

1.一种感压节能液化气炉灶,主要包括炉盘(1)、支架(2)、底盘(3)、进气管(4)以及开关(5),其特征在于:炉盘(1)置于底盘(3)内,两者之间通过弹簧(6)连接,进气管(4)透过底盘(3)与炉盘(1)接通,进气管(4)一侧安装开关(5);在进气管(4)上安装压力控制阀(7),且压力控制阀(7)的控制端通过拉簧和触头(8)与炉盘(1)连接。
