背景技术
适用于安全降低压力调节流量的排污压力管道系统的流量调节阀,其伸缩筒在网孔体筒内,网孔体筒装在阀体上,由于网孔体筒的网孔容易被污物堵塞而影响了调流效果,需要定期拆卸阀门清洗网孔体筒,给用户带来极大的不便。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种自排污流量调节阀,它是在网孔体筒堵塞后能在不拆卸阀门的情况下清洗排污的调节阀门。
本实用新型的技术方案是以如下方式实现的:
本实用新型包括阀体、阀轴、网孔伸缩筒、曲柄、连杆座、连杆、橡胶密封圈,所述的网孔伸缩筒在阀体内,阀轴与阀体、曲柄的一端连接,曲柄的另一端与连杆连接并通过连杆销与连杆座连接,连杆座连接在网孔伸缩筒上,橡胶密封圈在阀体上并通过调节压板和螺钉连接。
本实用新型的优点如下:
本实用新型能调节压力管道中介质的流量的,且网孔伸缩筒中的网孔堵塞后能在阀门全开昨状态下排出杂质污物,从而使用户不需拆卸阀门定期清洗网孔伸缩筒。

图1中,阀轴9与阀体1、曲柄8的一端连接,曲柄3的另一端与连杆7连接并通过连杆销6与连杆座5连接,连杆座5连接在网孔伸缩筒4上,网孔伸缩筒4连在阀体1内,橡胶密封圈2连在阀体1上,用经过防锈处理的调节压板3和不锈钢螺钉固定在阀体1上。     排污时,将本实用新型开启到最大位置,水流将沿着网孔伸缩筒4冲洗污物,通过网孔伸缩筒4开启的通道排出、达到满意的排污效果。

1.自排污流量调节阀,包括阀体(1)、阀轴(9)、网孔伸缩筒(4)、曲柄(8)、连杆座(5)、连杆(7)、橡胶密封圈(7),其特征是:伸缩筒(4)连在阀体(1)内,阀轴(9)与阀体(1)、曲柄(8)的一端连接,曲柄(8)的另一端与连杆(7)连接并通过连杆销(6)与连杆座(5)连接,连杆座(5)连接在网孔伸缩筒(4)上,橡胶密封圈(7)在阀体(1)上,并通过调节压板(3)和螺钉连接。
