在目前常见的消音器中，通常都是采用消音器上壳和下壳之间配合连接，因此对于装配工艺要求很高，使用寿命不长，消音器与气缸装配处，为了保证不漏气，都是采用了较好的品面度来控制，对于精度工艺的要求非常高，这样不仅增加了生产成本，也很容易造成产品报废。

进气口上设置有向外凸起的密封筋，密封筋高度为0.4mm，距离进气口1mm-2mm，安装消音器时，由于螺丝的锁紧作用，此密封筋嵌入到与气缸间的隔热垫中，起到完全密封作用。
本实用新型的有益效果是，本实用新型的全密封消音器采用在一体成型壳体上的进气口处增加密封筋，在增强消音器本体牢固度的同时增强了消音器与汽缸之间的密封作用。
