背景技术
在玉米果穗烘干生产中,玉米果穗在带式输送机中连续输送,直到进入烘干仓中。在玉米果穗进入烘干仓之前,玉米果穗中往往还夹杂着散籽粒,这些散籽粒一旦进入烘干仓,落在放置玉米果穗的种床面上,就会堵住设置在种床面上的筛板的通气孔,防碍热空气的通过,影响烘干仓的工作效率,从而影响种床上玉米果穗中热空气的通透性,造成玉米果穗在烘干仓中通透性不一致,同时导致成品烘干果穗干湿不匀,进而使脱粒的脱净程度受影响,造成一部分籽粒浪费。

本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是提供一种从玉米果穗中有效分离散籽粒的玉米果穗溜筛。
为解决上述问题,本实用新型所述的玉米果穗溜筛,其特征在于:它包括溜槽和连接件;所述溜槽的上部与所述连接件相连,其上部的底部均布有数个筛孔,该筛孔下方设有籽粒出口。
所述数个筛孔由等距离设置的圆钢之间的空隙构成,该圆钢长度方向与所述溜槽的纵向一致。
本实用新型与现有技术相比具有以下优点:
1、由于本实用新型中溜槽底部设有筛孔,因此,当溜槽上溜过玉米果穗时可有效把散籽粒分离出来,不影响整条生产线输送玉米果穗的顺利进行,从而使玉米果穗进入烘干仓后热空气的通透性是一致的,保证了成品烘干果穗干湿均匀;同时,也避免了脱粒时干湿不匀造成的脱粒脱不干净的籽粒浪费。
2、本实用新型结构简单、成本低廉。

具体实施方式
如图1、图2所示,玉米果穗溜筛,它包括溜槽1和连接件3。溜槽1的上部与连接件3相连,其上部的底部均布有数个筛孔,该筛孔下方设有籽粒出口2。
其中:数个筛孔由等距离设置的圆钢之间的空隙构成,该圆钢长度方向与溜槽1的纵向一致。
使用时,将本实用新型中的连接件3与皮带机机头相连。当玉米果穗从溜槽1中溜下、到达筛孔位置时,玉米果穗从筛面上溜下,籽粒从圆钢之间的空隙中落入籽粒出口2,实现了玉米果穗中的散籽粒和果穗分离,便于玉米果穗进入烘干仓烘干。
