技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种物流输送线上的滑板定位装置，尤其是一种油缸式滑板定位装置。
背景技术
目前的滑板定位装置普遍为齿轮式传动式，外形庞大，结构复杂，只能安装于生产线空间较大的地方。而现在好多物流输送线，空间狭小，而现在使用在地面内饰线上的滑板定位装置，由于受到空间位置的限制而不能安装齿轮传动式滑板定位装置。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是克服现有技术中存在的不足，提供一种既可安装于狭小空间、又可安装在宽敞空间、结构简单的油缸式输送滑板定位装置。
按照本实用新型提供的技术方案，所述油缸式滑板定位装置，包括在底板上固定安装的气缸座，在气缸座上安装有气缸，右夹钳的中部铰接在底板上，左夹钳的下端中部铰接在底板上，右夹钳的下端与气缸的活塞杆端部铰接，在右夹钳的下中部铰接有连杆，连杆的另一端与左夹钳的下端右部相铰接，在右夹钳的顶端左部固定有缓冲片，左夹钳的顶端右部亦固定有所述的缓冲片。
在底板上固定有提示右夹钳处于最大张开角度的第一传感器，在底板上固定有提示右夹钳处于最小张开角度的第二传感器。
本实用新型既可安装于狭小空间、又可安装在宽敞空间，具有结构简单等优点。

具体实施方式
下面结合具体附图和实施例对本实用新型作进一步说明。
如图所示：该油缸式滑板定位装置，包括在底板1上固定安装的气缸座2，在气缸座2上安装有气缸3，右夹钳4的中部铰接在底板1上，左夹钳5的下端中部铰接在底板1上，右夹钳4的下端与气缸3的活塞杆端部铰接，在右夹钳4的下中部铰接有连杆6，连杆6的另一端与左夹钳5的下端右部相铰接，在右夹钳4的顶端左部固定有缓冲片7，左夹钳5的顶端右部亦固定有所述的缓冲片7。
在底板1上固定有提示右夹钳4处于最大张开角度的第一传感器8，在底板1上固定有提示右夹钳4处于最小张开角度的第二传感器9。
气缸3的活塞杆伸出，带动右夹钳4围绕着右夹钳4与底板1之间的铰接点逆时针转动，连杆6带动左夹钳5围绕着左夹钳5与底板1之间的铰接点顺时针转动，左夹钳5与右夹钳4做夹紧动作，当右夹钳4与第二传感器9接触时，第二传感器9动作，使得气缸3的活塞杆停止伸出。
气缸3的活塞杆缩回，带动右夹钳4围绕着右夹钳4与底板1之间的铰接点顺时针转动，连杆6带动左夹钳5围绕着左夹钳5与底板1之间的铰接点逆时针转动，左夹钳5与右夹钳4做张开动作，当右夹钳4与第一传感器8接触时，第一传感器8动作，使得气缸3的活塞杆停止缩回。

1. 一种油缸式滑板定位装置，其特征是：包括在底板（1）上固定安装的气缸座（2），在气缸座（2）上安装有气缸（3），右夹钳（4）的中部铰接在底板（1）上，左夹钳（5）的下端中部铰接在底板（1）上，右夹钳（4）的下端与气缸（3）的活塞杆端部铰接，在右夹钳（4）的下中部铰接有连杆（6），连杆（6）的另一端与左夹钳（5）的下端右部相铰接，在右夹钳（4）的顶端左部固定有缓冲片（7），左夹钳（5）的顶端右部亦固定有所述的缓冲片（7）。
2.如权利要求1所述的油缸式滑板定位装置，其特征是：在底板（1）上固定有提示右夹钳（4）处于最大张开角度的第一传感器（8），在底板（1）上固定有提示右夹钳（4）处于最小张开角度的第二传感器（9）。
