本发明涉及的是机械制造行业,具体为一种链轨节夹紧装置。
背景技术
目前,一般的加工链轨节用的夹紧装置采用油缸直接夹紧工件的方式,夹紧力方向与加工时的轴向受力方向相反,此时若夹紧油缸力夹紧力不足时,工件压紧不可靠,就会因为出现振动导致加工变形;若夹紧油缸力过大,会将工件夹紧变形同样会导致加工变形,这两种情况都会导致工件加工精度低甚至作废,造成浪费并降低生产效率。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种链轨节夹紧装置,既不会产生工件振动,又不会使工件变形,提高工件的加工精度的同时节约成本并提高生产效率。
本发明的技术解决方案为:一种链轨节夹紧装置,具体包括定位块、压紧缸、法兰、拉钉、楔块、压杆、导向法兰、导套、夹具体,定位块安装在夹具体上,拉钉将楔块与压紧缸的活塞杆联接,导套安装在夹具体的侧面孔内,法兰将压紧缸固定在夹具体侧面的孔上,导向法兰安装在夹具体上面的孔内,压杆穿过导向法兰与楔块联接。
 本发明的优点如下:夹紧工件时既不会产生工件振动,又不会使工件变形,提高工件的加工精度的同时节约成本并提高生产效率。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,一种链轨节夹紧装置,具体包括:定位块(1)、压紧缸(2)、法兰(3)、拉钉(4)、楔块(5)、压杆(6)、导向法兰(7)、导套(8)、夹具体(9),定位块(1)安装在夹具体(9)上,拉钉(4)将楔块(5)与压紧缸(2)的活塞杆联接,导套(8)安装在夹具体(9)的侧面孔内,法兰(3)将压紧缸(2)固定在夹具体(9)侧面的孔上,导向法兰(7)安装在夹具体(9)上面正对着定位块(1)的孔内,压杆(6)穿过导向法兰(7)与楔块(5)联接,其结合面为单向自锁斜角。
具体工作原理:压紧缸(2)进油时,通过拉钉(4)推动楔块(5)向前运动,由于压杆(6)穿过导向法兰(7)与楔块联接,其结合面为单向自锁斜角,会给压杆(6)产生向上的推力,推动压杆(6)向上运动并顶紧工件,同时产生自锁,定位块(1)在正对着压杆(6)的上方,为工件定位并提供压紧的着力点。

1.一种链轨节夹紧装置,具体包括:定位块(1)、压紧缸(2)、法兰(3)、拉钉(4)、楔块(5)、压杆(6)、导向法兰(7)、导套(8)、夹具体(9),其特征在于,定位块(1)安装在夹具体(9)上,拉钉(4)将楔块(5)与压紧缸(2)的活塞杆联接,导套(8)安装在夹具体(9)的侧面孔内,法兰(3)将压紧缸(2)固定在夹具体(9)侧面的孔上,导向法兰(7)安装在夹具体(9)上面正对着定位块(1)的孔内,压杆(6)穿过导向法兰(7)与楔块(5)联接,其结合面为单向自锁斜角。
