本实用新型涉及压力容器，特别涉及一种新型热压罐装置。
背景技术
热压罐是复合材料进行热压成型的关键设备。广泛应用于航空、航天、电子等高端技术行业。现有的热压罐，由于加热器和冷却器安装在风道内，沿罐体圆周均匀布置。这种布局一是影响循环风在风道内的流动和流速，在保证流速一定范围内时就需要加大罐体直径，导致热压罐制造成本增大；二是容易产生局部过热或过冷，不利于罐内气氛温度均匀，当罐体体积比较大时，很难达到罐内气氛温度均匀度的要求。
发明内容
为了克服上述现有技术的不足，本实用新型的发明目的是提供一种结构合理，具有更高的温度和压力控制精度，满足大中型复合材料构件热压成型要求的热压罐。
为了实现上述目的，本实用新型采用的技术方案是：一种新型热压罐装置，包括有热压罐壳体，热压罐壳体一端连接的水冷密封电机，水冷密封电机的转子端连接有搅拌风机，搅拌风机的右边设有电加热器，电加热器一侧设有冷却器，热压罐壳体内设有保温层，紧挨保温层设有导风筒，热压罐壳体的另一端内侧连有开关门机构，在开关门机构上方设有旋门机构。
所述的热压罐壳体内的真空度不大于2KPa。
所述的热压罐壳体内温度均匀度为±2.0。
所述的热压罐壳体的工作压力P=0.6～4.5 KPa。
本实用新型与现有技术相比，具有如下特点：
1）加热器和冷却器布置更合理，罐内气氛温度均匀度高，空载温度均匀度为士1.0℃，加热功率控制可调。
2）采用全密封水冷变频电机，一是离心风机的轴封无泄漏。维护维修方便。二是根据先进复合材料构件大小，风量可调，节约能量。

参见附图，一种新型热压罐装置，包括有热压罐壳体 1，热压罐壳体一端连接的水冷密封电机4，水冷密封电机4的转子端连接有搅拌风机5，搅拌风机5的右边设有电加热器3，电加热器3一侧设有冷却器2，热压罐壳体 1内设有保温层6，紧挨保温层6设有导风筒7，热压罐壳体 1的另一端内侧连有开关门机构10，在开关门机构10上方设有旋门机构9。
所述的热压罐壳体 1内的真空度不大于2KPa。
所述的热压罐壳体 1内温度均匀度为±2.0。
所述的热压罐壳体 1的工作压力P=0.6～4.5 KPa。
本实用新型改变了加热器和冷却器的布置方式及位置，取得了显著效果，空载温度均匀度由原来的±2℃提高到±1℃。由密封电机1 1驱动的离心风机9对导风罩内抽风。冷却器2安装在搅拌风机5的前面，之间为导风筒7，冷却器2的中心与罐体的中心重合。这种布置的优点是：循环风对构件的冲击小；电加热器3和冷却器2均匀布置在罐体尾部封头，大大减小了导风筒阻力和电加热器3对构件的辐射传热，提高了温度的均匀度。

1.一种新型热压罐装置，包括有热压罐壳体 (1)，其特征在于，热压罐壳体一端连接的水冷密封电机(4)，水冷密封电机(4)的转子端连接有搅拌风机（5），搅拌风机（5）的右边设有电加热器（3），电加热器（3）一侧设有冷却器（2），热压罐壳体 (1)内设有保温层（6），紧挨保温层（6）设有导风筒（7），热压罐壳体 (1)的另一端内侧连有开关门机构（10），在开关门机构（10）上方设有旋门机构（9）。
