Abstract
本实用新型涉及一种抽油机防旋转曲柄销轴装置。主要解决现有的抽油机曲柄销易因转动而损伤的问题。其特征在于：所述的曲柄（8）壁上设有阶梯孔，所述的曲柄销轴（2）为直径与上述阶梯孔相配合的阶梯轴，曲柄销轴（2）穿过曲柄（8）上的阶梯孔且通过固定螺栓（1）固定在曲柄（8）的沉孔端面上。该曲柄销轴装置结构简单、具有可防止曲柄销旋转、使用寿命长的特点。

本实用新型涉及油田抽油机领域，具体的说是一种抽油机防旋转曲柄销轴装置。
背景技术
目前游梁式抽油机仍是油田机械采油中普遍使用的一种设备，通常与抽油杆及抽油泵配合使用。抽油机连杆与曲柄的连接件包括曲柄上的锥套、曲柄销轴、壳体、轴承、挡板等。曲柄销轴在曲柄上加锥套，曲柄销轴带锥度，用锥度自锁、用螺母紧固圆锥销来固定曲柄销轴。由于曲柄销轴螺母紧固力不稳定等因素，经常造成部分曲柄销轴转动，而损伤曲柄销轴。
发明内容
为了克服现有的抽油机曲柄销易因转动而损伤的不足，本实用新型提供一种抽油机防旋转曲柄销轴装置，该曲柄销轴装置结构简单、具有可防止曲柄销旋转、使用寿命长的特点。
本实用新型的技术方案是：一种抽油机防旋转曲柄销轴装置，包括曲柄、曲柄销轴，所述的曲柄侧壁上设有阶梯孔，所述的曲柄销轴为直径与上述阶梯孔相配合的阶梯轴，曲柄销轴穿过曲柄上的阶梯孔且通过固定螺栓固定在曲柄的沉孔端面上。
本实用新型具有如下有益效果：由于采取上述方案，曲柄销轴固定在曲柄的沉孔端面上，这样可以有效地防止曲柄销轴转动，避免发生因曲柄销轴转动而损伤的情况，延长了曲柄销轴的寿命，也避免维修而造成停产。

下面结合附图对本实用新型作进一步说明：
由图1所示，一种抽油机防旋转曲柄销轴装置，包括曲柄8、曲柄销轴2，所述的曲柄8壁上设有阶梯孔，所述的曲柄销轴2为直径与上述阶梯孔相配合的阶梯轴，曲柄销轴2穿过曲柄8上的阶梯孔且通过固定螺栓1固定在曲柄8的沉孔端面上。曲柄销轴2右端固定有轴承5，轴承5内圈右侧由压盖6限位，曲柄销轴2外部的壳体3与轴承盖7固定在一起，轴承5外圈右侧由轴承盖7限位，壳体3穿过连杆4上的通孔后与其固定在一起，壳体3与曲柄销轴2之间设有密封圈。
该抽油机防旋转曲柄销轴装置在连杆4旋转时，壳体3随着连杆4一同旋转，由于壳体3与曲柄销轴2之间有轴承5 而曲柄销轴2保持不动。由于曲柄销轴2与曲柄8之间通过沉孔配合并由固定螺栓1固定，固定牢固，不会发生曲柄销轴2因转动而损伤的情况。

1. 一种抽油机防旋转曲柄销轴装置，包括曲柄（8）、曲柄销轴（2），其特征在于：所述的曲柄（8）壁上设有阶梯孔，所述的曲柄销轴（2）为直径与上述阶梯孔相配合的阶梯轴，曲柄销轴（2）穿过曲柄（8）上的阶梯孔且通过固定螺栓（1）固定在曲柄（8）的沉孔端面上。
