技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种无机复合板材。具体的说，是一种夹芯复合菱镁高韧性轻质板材。 
背景技术
菱镁复合板，又称玻镁平板，是菱镁制品领域第一大产品，主要用于建筑防火装修和内外墙面板。近年，随着建筑节能的推进，以发泡水泥，岩矿棉等无机材料为保温芯层，以菱镁复合板为覆面板的自保温墙体，开始在我国各地推广应用。这种自保温复合墙体，要求菱镁复合板要具有高韧性，高抗折力，同时，还要有一定的保温性。但是，目前我国各地生产的菱镁复合板，结构不合理，菱镁主体材料虽配合玻璃纤维布和无纺布多层复合，但菱镁材性完全相同，各层菱镁没有互补性，没有韧性层和保温层，致使板材性脆易折，保温性差，难以满足自保温墙体面板韧性及保温性的要求，使其应用受到限制。 
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的，就是要解决上述现有菱镁复合板的不足，而提出一个新的技术方案。 
本技术方案的主要内容如下： 
一种夹芯复合菱镁高韧性轻质板材，其主要技术特征，是它采用三种不同的菱镁材料层，配合玻璃纤维网格布，无纺布，形成11层复合机构。所述三种不同的菱镁材料是指：位于板材芯部的发泡菱镁保温层，位于发泡保温层两侧的聚合物柔性菱镁层，以及高强度菱镁抗冲击面层。在芯部保温层与其两侧的聚合物柔性菱镁层之间，在聚合物柔性菱镁层与高强度抗冲击面层之间均设置一层玻璃纤维网格布。在板材的面层上，复合有无纺布层。

本实用新型的优点是： 
芯层的发泡菱镁保温层，可赋予板材保温性，聚合物柔性菱镁层可赋予板材良好的韧性，高强度面层可保护板材。这样，三种材料层优势互补，使板材既有良好的保温性，同时又具有优势的韧性及抗冲击性，可满足自保温夹芯墙体面板的使用要求，克服了现有产品的不足。

1.一种夹芯复合菱镁高韧性轻质板材，它采用三种不同的菱镁材料层，配合玻璃纤维网格布，无纺布，形成11层复合机构。
2.根据权利要求1所述夹芯复合菱镁高韧性轻质板材，其特征是：位于板材芯部的发泡菱镁保温层，位于发泡保温层两侧的聚合物柔性菱镁层，以及高强度菱镁抗冲击面层，在芯部保温层与其两侧的聚合物柔性菱镁层之间，在聚合物柔性菱镁层与高强度抗冲击面层之间均设置一层玻璃纤维网格布，在板材的面层上，复合有无纺布层。
