Abstract

本实用新型涉及一种房屋隔热保温设施。
背景技术
与本实用新型相近的现有技术是申请人张风禄于2006年申请的名称为“墙面隔热保温层”的实用新型专利，专利号：200620088436.1。该专利公开的技术方案是在房屋墙体外壁上竖向设置通长支撑杆，由于支撑杆竖向设置，隔热保温层面板必须横向铺设，容易出现挂灰，积水等不足。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种墙面隔热保温层，以解决现有技术隔热保温层面板必须横向铺设，容易出现积灰，挡水等问题。
本实用新型主要由墙面、隔热保温层及支撑筋组成，解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是在房屋墙体外壁横向设置支撑筋，在支撑筋上竖向铺设隔热保温层，支撑筋与隔热保温层采用螺栓连接，各支撑筋之间形成横向通风道，各排支撑筋断开处间隔设置纵向通风道，各纵向通风道底端设置进风口，进风口处加设挡风板，上端设置出风口，构成风道式墙面隔热保温层。
采用本实用新型的积极效果是通过在支撑筋上竖向铺设隔热保温层，解决了隔热保温层容易积水、挡灰等的问题。同时可将挡风板直接封堵各风道进风口，阻断空气流通，形成空气保温层，降低了室内热源的损失。

具体实施方式
如图所示：在房屋墙体外壁横向设置支撑筋5，在支撑筋5上竖向设铺设隔热保温层2，隔热保温层2优选彩钢板，支撑筋5与隔热保温层采用膨胀螺栓7连接，各支撑筋5之间形成横向通风道3，各排支撑筋5断开处间隔设置纵向通风道4，构成风道式隔热保温层，各纵向通风道4底端设置进风口8，进风口8处加设挡风板，上端设置出风口。
夏天使用时拆掉挡风板，冬季需要保温的住房，将挡风板直接封堵各风道进风口。

1.一种墙面隔热保温层，主要由墙面、隔热保温层及支撑筋组成，其特征是在房屋墙体外壁横向设置支撑筋，在支撑筋上竖向铺设隔热保温层，各支撑筋之间形成横向通风道，各排支撑筋断开处间隔设置纵向通风道，各纵向通风道底端设置进风口，上端设置出风口，构成风道式隔热保温层。
