为了达到本实用新型的目的，本实用新型解决其技术问题所采取的技术方案是：由封闭液、笔管、墨水、左笔头、右笔头组成，其特征在于笔管下留有左笔头和右笔头，笔管内留有墨水和封闭液，封闭液压在墨水上，使用时把本实用新型插入笔杆套内即可。
