[0001] 本实用新型涉及一种自理式油烟净化装置,属于环保领域。适用于餐饮行业及食堂。
背景技术
[0002] 为了科学地评价其实际效能,有必要对净化对象作出基本统一的共识:
[0003] 按化学分析,油烟是动、植物油脂在高温劣变时所产生的物质,它是一种成份复杂、带有粘滞性胶溶聚合微粒的雾状有害气体;经医学诊断,长期接触和吸入,会刺激诱发眼及呼吸系统细胞癌变;取样电镜观测,其携带的大量污染物粒径数量级为0. 1至10微米。 通常肉眼难以察觉。经环保主管部门及市场经济规律的质检筛选,目前国内以静电离子式和离心网盘式两种净化产品,使用较为广泛。
[0004] 静电离子式(详见中国专利03233787. 6)运行一段时间后,其电极逐渐粘附油污, 其电场强度衰弱,导致净化效率急剧下降,甚至形同虚设。由于属高压电器设备,须由专业人员来现场清洗,特别是对异地用户,名义上承诺定期清洗服务,实际上受条件限制,往往拖延处理。
[0005] 此外,其风机抽油烟时受封闭窄狭的管道约束,通常风速为8-15米/秒。姑且不谈风阻耗能问题,当大量飘浮动荡微粒以小于0. 1秒瞬间高速通过电极部位时,因缺乏足够的滞留处理时间和交替感应所必须的回旋空间,难免有部份漏网逃逸,现场出口处浅色翻滚烟雾和残存的油渍,便是明显的客观反映。我们应该充分肯定静电离子反应,因为在放电过程中,微粒被电离、碳化、裂变、分解并与空气中的臭氧离子参与一系列的物化反应,从而有效地减少对大气环境的第二次污染。不言而喻,要保证安全快捷低费用清洗,这样才能立足于性能和价格优势,使其具有竞争力。
[0006] 离心网盘式(详见中国专利ZL200720083225. 3)采用多个小电机带动网盘旋转, 借助于动态网盘拦截油烟,靠离心力将油污分离,该产品由原来金属丝构成的“天网”,改进工艺,演变为类似家用电扇防护罩的旋转甩油环,其网盘外径D = 200毫米,转速n = 1350 转/分,因其也采用传统管内风机排烟,因此不可避免地存在上述所谓的“瓶颈约束”弊病。
[0007] 近年来,我国引进丹麦KPCC厨房油烟净化装置,其原理部份类似于静电离子式净化器,它借助于紫外线与臭氧结合时所产生的氧化、分解和裂变作用,改变油烟所含污染物质的分子结构,以“低温冷燃烧”化学反应的方式,转化成无异味和无害物质(如水及二氧化碳等),据有关资料介绍,该专利产品净化率达90%,符合我国GB18483-2001要求,受到有关环保主管部门、专家和用户好评。众所周知,高强度紫外线照射,易对人体致癌,必须密封实。目前国产紫外线光管的耐用可靠性暂时还不过关,只能依赖进口,从而提高了相关费用。
[0008] 鉴于以往人们忙于“温饱”,环保意识相对淡薄,通过烟道排放可能掩盖污染真相, 而如今城镇高层建筑拔地林立,再采用高空排放布置,无论从市容、造价及周边居民心理上都无法容忍接受,净化产品生存的现实唯一出路只能低空排放。这种与群众同呼吸亲密无间的接触,使维权标准更为严格,由此给净化性能构成更严峻的挑战,以净化看不见的二次污染衡量,其能否达到预期满意的实效,均有待进一步实践检验。发明内容[0009] 本实用新型的目的是针对现有技术的不足而提供一种自理式油烟净化装置,其特点是采用轴流式风机直接分离截除大部分油污,目前国内外均无先例,其转速η =观60转 /分,依离心力F = mco2R计算,在同直径D的对比条件下,为现有离心网盘式产品的三倍。 本发明“兼职甩油”简化结构,降低造价,将抽烟和净化结合,提高了功效。[0010] 本实用新型的目的由以下技术措施实现[0011] 自理式油烟净化装置包括烟罩、高速甩油风机、电接点监控压力表、集油箱、供水管、活动水雾喷头、防渗层、透气外窗、活动屏幕、外边墙、水位监控器、高压潜水泵、检修门, 净化装置中的外边墙的内侧设隔墙作为净化室,隔墙上设检修门,隔墙上装有高速甩油风机,隔墙两侧分别安装烟罩及集油箱,三者联通成为一体,风机除圆筒外壳钻有漏油孔外, 还将其中心线向下倾斜θ角度,集油箱内装电接点监控压力表,顶墙上设冷却与净化洗涤用的多个循环水雾喷头,循环水雾喷头通过供水管与高压潜水泵连接,而窜出箱外的残质, 则由交叉喷射矩阵式雾网另行扫荡处理,随循环水流汇入水池,水池内设水位监控器,并与外水管连接,在集油箱与透气外窗的内侧出口处,分别设有二道活动屏幕,在池、墙的周边涂有高标号弹性防渗层,并对池基作局部处理。[0012] 中心线向下倾斜θ角为20-60°。[0013] 高速甩油风机的转速为η = 2860-3000转/分。[0014] 本发明具有如下优点:[0015] 1、按流体力学进行叶栅设计,通行反复风洞试验,本发明用轴流式风机直接分离截除大部分油污,目前国内外均无先例,其转速η =观60转/分,依离心力F = Hio^R计算, 在同直径D的对比条件下,为现有离心网盘式产品的三倍。本发明“兼有甩油”简化结构, 降低造价,将抽烟和净化结合,提高了功效。[0016] 2、因柔性织物经久耐用,成本低廉,更换清洗方便,按现场测试:10分钟内活动屏幕更换完毕,备品投入运行,借助家用自动洗衣机,在1小时内即可将污物洗净。[0017] 由于充分利用织物大量吸附藏污纳垢的属性,对污染微粒实施充分包涵,虽其静电吸附只能部分取代离子效应,但其纤维厚度、密度及透气性等均为安全的可控因素,其不足之处,则通过强力离心甩油污、多层次过滤、冷凝和喷淋等方式来弥补。[0018] 3、无烟道约束,油烟只能以低速和多层次净化过滤(V < 0. 3米/秒),结构通流面积大,彻底消除“瓶颈”缺陷。[0019] 4、检修进人门为双层玻璃组成的铝合金门,能满足便于观察、密封、通风和采光等综合要求。封闭时能清晰看到喷淋状况,闲时配合活动屏幕,双双敞开,沐浴户外阳光,感受对流清爽气息,必要时就近兼作备作消防应急通道。[0020] 5、高压潜水泵闲时供水清扫厨房及店堂,必要时就近兼作备作消防应急水源。[0021] 顺便说明,本装置无需投入高压喷淋冷却循环水,仅及时更换活动屏幕,就能达到环保性能要求,整套装置实际处于无水“干式”运行状态。而设置水系统的基本出发点:[0022] (1)因厨房失火频率高,有惨痛教训作为前车之鉴,考虑应急消防通道与水源,做到有备无患。针对北方冬季特点,其透气外窗设有双层保温玻璃,厨房有暖气供应,加之冬季“干式”运行效果良好,水池中液态水质热容量大,从废气中吸取储存的热量使保温时间延长,因此通常不存在消防水源因冰冻失效。
[0023] (2)采用活动水雾喷头附加费用小,却能加速提升净化效率,它使二次污染有害健康排放量更接近100%零排放标准,故这项净化措施是行之有效的。
[0024] 6、风机贴近灶头侧面吸烟,使油烟偏离操作者,有利于健康。
[0025] 如上所述,本发明充分利用现有空间、挖掘设备潜力及自身力所能及的常规技术手段,在厨房内部通过多层次净化环节,围剿污染物质,实现高效率、低排放、低分贝无噪音扰民。本装置结构简单节能减排,性能稳定可靠,便于自行清洗,购置和运行成本低。
[0026] 在整体布局上体现了以人为本的宗旨,预示着本发明具有强大的生命力,推广使用后会改善现有城镇周边环境的大气品质。

具体实施方式

[0031] 如图1所示:在距外边墙10的内侧1米处增设隔墙作为净化室,隔墙内装有高速甩油风机2,两侧分别安上烟罩1及集油箱4,三者联通成为一体。风机除圆筒外壳钻有漏油孔外,还将其中心线向下倾斜20-60°角度,以利于抽烟与大部分连续排油。集油箱采用导热不锈钢薄板材质,其顶墙上敷设二排冷却与净化洗涤用的多个循环水雾喷头6,它可按工况需要调整角度覆盖面及水雾密度与强度,使箱内部分物质冷凝还原为液态分子,并沉积和截留在底部。而窜出箱外的残质,则由交叉喷射矩阵式雾网另行扫荡处理,随循环水流汇入水池。在集油箱4与透气外窗8的内侧出口处,分别设有二道活动屏幕9,其材质为含有尼龙丝的化纤透气织物,它对低速气体产生毛细管吸附及摩擦静电吸附效应,使绝大部分迎面而来的看不见的污染微粒被其吸附在孔隙内,起到了层层过滤作用。
[0032] 实验研究证实,波浪型折叠柔性织物不仅能反射和吸收噪音声波能量,而且其浸湿它的孔隙,在织物分子引力的作用下,形成无数具有表面张力的弹性薄膜,在其不断孕育和溃灭的过程中,能有效降低噪音的分贝值dBA。活动水雾喷头6由高压潜水泵12、环形均压供水管5提供循环水,当水量被蒸发和消耗后,能自动补水,并由水位监控器11保持池内水位恒定。
[0033] 在池、墙的周边涂有高标号弹性防渗层7,并对池基作局部处理。在隔墙上设有移动的推拉检修门13。
[0034] 针对大型餐厅及单位食堂特点,在集油箱内插装电接点监控压力表3的接头。表上有三个活动整定接触点,A点为低压下限值,B点为高压上限值,C点为超压极限值,当运行压力指针转动至不同方位时,起着接通电流的监控作用,例如:1)、按轴流式风量Q与风压1¾特性曲线,保持运行参数的优化匹配关系,控制风机在A与B区间内工作。2)、按进餐人流峰、谷值及时监控风机开、停台数。3)、当表压力升至极限C值时,通过声、光提示,采取相应降压措施(立即更换污堵屏幕,自动投入备用喷头等)。
Claims (3)
1. 一种自理式油烟净化装置,其特征在于该净化装置包括烟罩(1)、高速甩油风机(2)、电接点监控压力表C3)、集油箱(4)、供水管(¾、活动水雾喷头(6)、防渗层(7)、透气外窗(8)、活动屏幕(9)、外边墙(10)、水位监控器(11)、高压潜水泵(12)、检修门(13),净化装置中的外边墙(10)的内侧设隔墙作为净化室,隔墙上设检修门(13),隔墙上装有高速甩油风机O),隔墙两侧分别安装烟罩(1)及集油箱G),三者联通成为一体,风机除圆筒外壳钻有漏油孔外,还将其中心线向下倾斜θ角度,集油箱内装电接点监控压力表(3),顶墙上设冷却与净化洗涤用的多个循环水雾喷头(6),循环水雾喷头(6)通过供水管(¾与高压潜水泵(12)连接,而窜出箱外的残质,则由交叉喷射矩阵式雾网另行扫荡处理,随循环水流汇入水池,水池内设水位监控器(11),并与外水管连接,在集油箱(4)与透气外窗(8)的内侧出口处,分别设有二道活动屏幕(9),在池、墙的周边涂有高标号弹性防渗层(7),并对池基作局部处理。
