背景技术
电抗器的振动和噪音是电抗器关键性能指标,是影响产品长期运行主要因素,降低振动提高器身的抗震性,对噪音进行控制是很关键的,因此在电抗器制造过程中就要保证对电抗器的器身整体进行有效、可靠的压装。这也正是并联电抗器制造过程中的必须解决的一个难点和关键点。对采用拉杆式压装结构的并联电抗器,采用传统的压梁方式进行压紧,存在以下缺点:1)拉杆处的紧固力往往不易得到保证,且操作较复杂。2)费时费力,工装受电抗器外形尺寸的限制不且通用。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种并联电抗器器身压紧工装,操作简便,压力调节准确,能可靠保证电抗器器身整体压装所需压紧力,解决背景技术存在的上述问题。
本实用新型的技术方案是:并联电抗器器身压紧工装,包含压梁、调节垫圈、压装螺杆,压装螺杆穿过调节垫圈后穿过压梁,压梁由双层钢板和钢管构成,钢管设置在双层钢板之间。
在双层钢板上设有加强铁,焊接在双层钢板上。
压梁的下面设有拉杆螺母与压装螺杆匹配。拉杆螺母下面设有垫板、铁芯拉杆,垫板通过铁芯拉杆固定,垫板与压梁之间设有油缸。
本实用新型的积极效果:工装结构简单,拆装方便,便于操作,实用性及通用性强,大大降低了劳动强度,提高了劳动效率,确保了电抗器铁芯及线圈能够轴向压紧,有效降低了噪声与振动,提高了产品性能。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图,通过实施例对本实用新型做进一步说明。
并联电抗器器身压紧工装,包含压梁1、调节垫圈2、压装螺杆3,压装螺杆穿过调节垫圈后穿过压梁,压梁由双层钢板8、9和钢管10构成,钢管设置在双层钢板之间。在双层钢板上设有加强铁11,焊接在双层钢板上。
压梁的下面设有拉杆螺母4与压装螺杆匹配。拉杆螺母下面设有垫板5、铁芯拉杆6,垫板通过铁芯拉杆固定,垫板与压梁之间设有油缸7。
操作方法:待并联电抗器器身需要进行压紧时,安装并联电抗器的上轭铁及电抗器自带的拉杆螺母,并将其进行紧固;分别安装压紧装置的压梁、调节垫圈及压装螺杆,将压装螺杆与铁芯拉杆紧固连接在一起,同时在垫板与压梁之间放入油缸,接好油压泵站管路,即可开始按要求进行压装;由于压装螺杆已和铁芯拉杆、拉杆螺母连接在一起,启动液压设备,这样在加压过程使油缸向上顶起的过程中,将通过反作用力使铁芯拉杆处得到压缩。逐渐加压,当达到所需压紧力时,将铁芯拉杆处的拉杆螺母拧紧,撤除压装螺杆及压梁,旋紧拉杆螺母即可。

1.一种并联电抗器器身压紧工装,其特征在于包含压梁(1)、调节垫圈(2)、压装螺杆(3),压装螺杆穿过调节垫圈后穿过压梁,压梁由双层钢板(8、9)和钢管(10)构成,钢管设置在双层钢板之间。
2.根据权利要求1所述之并联电抗器器身压紧工装,其特征在于在双层钢板上设有加强铁(11),焊接在双层钢板上。
