[0002] 中国专利CN98227015公开了一种取样器,其存在着零件过多,取样接口不易密闭,构型复杂的问题;当取样系统出现微小泄漏时不易被发现,即使发现也不易补漏,给取样结果的准确性带来了很大问题。同时,对于易挥发介质的取样的冷却问题考虑不足,其虽然考虑了介质的冷却问题,但对于冷源的来源问题表述不清晰,对于现场不能提供冷源的情况没有做深入的研究,因此其可行性有一定的局限性。此外,对于有毒气体,也没有做具体的处理,这样排空到大气中极易污染环境。最后,由于其体积较大,不便于携带,所以适应性较差,一套设备只能专供一个取样点使用,故维护成本和使用成本亦较高。
发明内容
[0003] 本实用新型的目的是克服已有取样器不便携带、有毒气体难以捕收、现场冷却设备复杂、接口不易密闭的缺点,提供一种占有体积很小、易于携带、管路短小精干、接口配件模块化、不易产生漏点的能准确采集易挥发液体的便携式取样器。
[0004] 本实用新型的技术方案是:该便携式密闭取样器的特点在于样品进口接头1经管路依次连接流量调节阀5、冷却器6、三通针形取样阀7、调节阀9、废液缓冲瓶13、尾气捕收瓶3 ;三通针形取样阀7下部的取样接口 20经一管路接至接取样瓶8中;有一回路管路12 从取样瓶8上部瓶口内经截止阀14接至废液缓冲瓶13与尾气捕收瓶3之间的管路中;氮气进口接头2经管路连接至样品进口接头1与流量调节阀5之间的管路中。
[0005] 本实用新型的另一特点是所述的三通针形取样阀7由阀体21,阀体21下部左侧的接口 22、右侧的接口 19,位于阀体21内中部阀芯18,阀芯18上的阀杆17,阀杆17上部的阀柄16,以及阀体21下端的取样接口 20组成。
[0006] 本实用新型的另一特点是所述的样品进口接头1、氮气进口接头2、流量调节阀5 之间的管路由一个三通快速接头4连接;在废液缓冲瓶13的入口管路上连接有一快速接头 10,在废液缓冲瓶13的出口管路上连接有一快速接头11 ;在尾气捕收瓶3的入口管路上连接有一快速接头15。
[0007] 本实用新型具有如下的优点和效果:1、由于氮气吹扫管路、样品置换管路产生的废气由废液缓冲瓶统一收集处理,且废液缓冲瓶由快速接头连接,可迅速更换,防止有毒、 有害的气体或液体污染环境。2、由于冷却器自带冷却介质,所以不需采样点提供其他供冷设备。3、由于本装置出口处设置了尾气捕收瓶,尾气捕收瓶内装有尾气捕收剂(捕收剂的成分可根据采集样品的性质来选择),可做到无尾气泄露。4、该装置各接口配件模块化,采用快速接头连接,做到了全密闭取样。5、由于该装置可用氮气吹扫去除管路内的残存样品,所以能保证管路洁净,使取样具代表性,能保证取样质量。6、取样器占有体积很小,管路短小精干,造价低廉。 附图说明

具体实施方式
[0010] 如图1所示,该装置样品进口接头1经管路依次连接流量调节阀5、冷却器6、三通针形取样阀7、调节阀9、废液缓冲瓶13、尾气捕收瓶3 ;三通针形取样阀7下部的取样接口 20经一管路接至取样瓶8中;有一回路管路12从取样瓶8上部瓶口内经截止阀14接至废液缓冲瓶13与尾气捕收瓶3之间的管路中;氮气进口接头2经管路连接至样品进口接头1 与流量调节阀5之间的管路中。所述的样品进口接头1、氮气进口接头2、流量调节阀5之间的管路由一个三通快速接头4连接;在废液缓冲瓶13的入口管路上连接有一快速接头 10,在废液缓冲瓶13的出口管路上连接有一快速接头11 ;在尾气捕收瓶3的入口管路上连接有一快速接头15。

[0014] 如图1所示,安装取样瓶8,安装废液缓冲瓶13,安装尾气捕收瓶3,氮气进口接头 2接氮气管线,打开调节阀9,打开流量调节阀5对装置进行氮气吹扫;此时流量调节阀5、 调节阀9、为开启状态,三通针形取样阀7、截止阀14为闭合状态,氮气走向是:氮气进口接头2、快速接头4、流量调节阀5、冷却器6、三通针形取样阀7 (三通针形取样阀7水平方向常通,阀门只调节竖直方向的流量)、调节阀9、快速接头10、废液缓冲瓶13、快速接头11、快速接头15、尾气捕收瓶3。打开截止阀14、三通针形取样阀7,对取样瓶8进行氮气吹扫,此时流量调节阀5、调节阀9、三通针形取样阀7、截止阀14均为开启状态,氮气走向是:氮气进口接头2、快速接头4、流量调节阀5、冷却器6、三通针形取样阀7、(路径一)调节阀9、快速接头10、废液缓冲瓶13、快速接头11、快速接头15、尾气捕收瓶3 ;(路径二)取样瓶8、回路管路12、截止阀14、快速接头15、尾气捕收瓶3。依次关闭三通针形取样阀7,流量调节阀 5,调节阀9、截止阀14,再将氮气进口接头2与氮气管线断开,此时流量调节阀5、调节阀9、 三通针形取样阀7、截止阀14为闭合状态。

[0016] 样品进口接头1接采样口,打开调节阀9,打开流量调节阀5调节样品流速,样品经过冷却器6、三通针形取样阀7,最后经调节阀9进入废液缓冲瓶13,此时流量调节阀5、调节阀9、为开启状态,三通针形取样阀7、截止阀14为闭合状态,样品走向是:样品进口接头 1、快速接头4、流量调节阀5、冷却器6、三通针形取样阀7、调节阀9、快速接头10、废液缓冲瓶13。待样品置换管路后,关闭流量调节阀5、调节阀9,取下废液缓冲瓶13,换一空的废液缓冲瓶。此时流量调节阀5、调节阀9、三通针形取样阀7、截止阀14为闭合状态。[0017] 3、取样
[0018] 依次打开截止阀14、调节阀9、流量调节阀5、三通针形取样阀7,进行取样,此时流量调节阀5、调节阀9、三通针形取样阀7、截止阀14为开启状态,样品走向是:样品进口接头1、快速接头4、流量调节阀5、冷却器6、三通针形取样阀7、(路径一)调节阀9、快速接头 10、废液缓冲瓶13 ;(路径二)取样瓶8进行取样;(路径三)取样瓶8内的部分样品挥发经回路管路12、截止阀14、快速接头15进入尾气捕收瓶3。观察取样瓶8液位,到合适位置时, 关闭三通针形取样阀7、流量调节阀5、调节阀9、截止阀14,将样品进口接头1与采样口断开。此时流量调节阀5、调节阀9、三通针形取样阀7、截止阀14为闭合状态。(一般情况下, 在取样过程中整个装置都会带压,所以取样瓶8也会带压,打开截止阀14,让部分挥发的样品经回路管路12、截止阀14、快速接头15进入尾气捕收瓶3,目的是消除取样瓶8的带压状态,做到安全可靠。)

[0020] 氮气进口接头2接氮气管线,打开调节阀9,打开流量调节阀5,对管路中残留样品进行氮气吹扫,此时流量调节阀5、调节阀9为开启状态,三通针形取样阀7、截止阀14为闭合状态。氮气走向是:氮气进口接头2、快速接头4、流量调节阀5、冷却器6、三通针形取样阀7、调节阀9、快速接头10、废液缓冲瓶13、快速接头11、快速接头15、尾气捕收瓶3。关闭流量调节阀5、调节阀9,取下取样瓶8,装上取样空瓶,依次打开截止阀14、调节阀9、流量调节阀5、三通针形取样阀7,对取样瓶8及回路管路12进行氮气吹扫,此时流量调节阀 5、调节阀9、三通针形取样阀7、截止阀14为开启状态,氮气走向是:氮气进口接头2、快速接头4、流量调节阀5、冷却器6、三通针形取样阀7、(路径一)调节阀9、快速接头10、废液缓冲瓶13、快速接头11、快速接头15、尾气捕收瓶3,(路径二)取样瓶8、回路管线12、截止阀 14、快速接头15、尾气捕收剂瓶3。依次关闭三通针形取样阀7、流量调节阀5、调节阀9、截止阀14,再将氮气进口接头2与氮气管线断开,此时流量调节阀5、调节阀9、三通针形取样阀7、截止阀14为闭合状态,完成整个取样过程。
[0021] 本实用新型的冷却器6自带冷却介质,如液氮、液氩、冷冻盐水、冰水,不需采样点提供其他供冷设备。快速接头4、10、11、15是一种连接快卡,断开后两端均为闭合状态,其型号为:parker 4A-Q4CY-SS或4A-Q4CY-SSP等。尾气捕收剂瓶3中的尾气捕收剂可以是碱性溶液或凝胶(酸性样品)、酸性溶液或凝胶(碱性样品)、活性炭等;如氢氧化钠溶液,碳酸氢钠溶液等。
Claims (3)
1. 一种便携式密闭取样器,其特征在于样品进口接头(1)经管路依次连接流量调节阀 (5)、冷却器(6)、三通针形取样阀(7)、调节阀(9)、废液缓冲瓶(13)、尾气捕收瓶(3);三通针形取样阀(7 )下部的取样接口( 20 )经一管路接至接取样瓶(8 )中;有一回路管路(12 )从取样瓶(8)上部瓶口内经截止阀(14)接至废液缓冲瓶(13)与尾气捕收瓶(3)之间的管路中;氮气进口接头(2)经管路连接至样品进口接头(1)与流量调节阀(5)之间的管路中。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种便携式密闭取样器,其特征在于所述的三通针形取样阀 (7)由阀体(21),阀体(21)下部左侧的接口(22)、右侧的接口( 19),位于阀体(21)内中部阀芯(18),阀芯(18)上的阀杆(17),阀杆(17)上部的阀柄(16),以及阀体(21)下端的取样接口(20)组成。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的一种便携式密闭取样器,其特征在于在所述的样品进口接头(1)、氮气进口接头(2)、流量调节阀(5)之间的管路由一个三通快速接头(4)连接;在废液缓冲瓶(13)的入口管路上连接有一快速接头(10),在废液缓冲瓶(13)的出口管路上连接有一快速接头(11);在尾气捕收瓶(3)的入口管路上连接有一快速接头(15)。
