本实用新型涉及一种燃气炉灶,尤其涉及一种用于大中型餐馆的燃气炉灶。
背景技术:众所周知,大中型餐馆在烹饪时需要频繁起锅盛菜或洗刷烹饪锅;而在进行这种操作的过程中,燃气炉灶仍然较大的火力继续燃烧,不仅浪费燃料,而且还增加了厨房的温度和噪音。
发明内容:为了克服现有技术中存在的缺陷,本实用新型旨在提供一种能够减少燃料消耗、降低厨房温度和噪音,而且操作方便的节能燃气炉灶。
为了实现上述目的,本实用新型采用以下技术方案:它包括炉头、设在该炉头上的进气管和控制开关;进气管通过常闭式电磁阀与气源连通,在炉头中设有顶杆、该顶杆上设有弹簧。
与现有技术比较,本实用新型由于采用了上述技术方案,在原来燃气炉灶的基础上增加了一个常闭式电磁阀,并利用顶杆来控制常闭式电磁阀的通断,因此在进行盛菜、洗刷烹饪锅等操作时,顶杆在弹簧的作用下自动升起而与常闭式电磁阀脱离接触,常闭式电磁阀关闭至小火;而当烹饪锅放置在炉头上时,烹饪锅将顶杆压下而触动常闭式电磁阀,常闭式电磁阀接通,火力恢复至原先状态。本实用新型不可节约燃料、而且还减少了高温和噪音对厨房的影响,具有结构简单、操作方便面等优点。

具体实施方式:下面结合附图和具体的实施例对本实用新型作进一步说明:
炉头3上固定有进气管4、该进气管上设有控制开关5,进气管4通过常闭式电磁阀6与气源连通;炉头3上设有顶杆1,该顶杆上设有弹簧7;顶杆1的两端分别从炉头3的上端和下端穿出。
使用时,将烹饪锅2坐在炉头3上,饪锅2将顶杆1压下并打开常闭式电磁阀6,打开控制开关5即可进行大火烹饪;当起锅盛菜或洗刷烹饪锅时,顶杆1在弹簧7的作用下抬起并与常闭式电磁阀6脱离接触,该常闭式电磁阀自动关闭至最小流量,炉头3以最小火燃烧;烹饪完毕,只需关闭控制开关5即可。

1.一种节能燃气炉灶,包括炉头、设在该炉头上的进气管和控制开关;其特征在于:进气管(4)通过常闭式电磁阀(6)与气源连通,在炉头(3)中设有顶杆(1)、该顶杆上设有弹簧(7)。
