本实用新型涉及一种节能环保型LED T8灯管。现有的LED T8灯管耗能大，寿命短，生产率低。本实用新型由电极头套件、电极连接PCB、T8铝座、COB光源模组、光扩散乳白PC灯罩、机械螺丝、自攻螺丝和恒流电源组成，T8铝座为截面为半圆形的空心铝管，T8铝座空腔内设置有恒流电源，T8铝座内侧面设有卡槽A，卡槽A处卡接有COB光源模组；T8铝座外侧面设有卡槽B，光扩散乳白PC灯罩通过卡槽B卡入T8铝座中；COB光源模组与COB光源模组之间通过焊点焊接方式连接，电极连接PCB与电极头套件之间通过机械螺丝连接，电极头套件通过自攻螺丝固定在T8铝座两端。节能、环保、寿命长、光线柔和，散热效果好、结构简单，使用方便，利于推广。

背景技术
传统T8灯管具有耗能大及使用寿命短的缺点，目前市场上LED T8灯管光源普遍是使用SMD的贴片光源贴于铝基板上，耗费工时且光源很难贴得很整齐，返修困难，生产效率低下。 
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于上述产品技术不足，提供一种结构简单、可靠、散热效果好、寿命长，使用方便、快捷、生产效率高、光效均匀的节能环保型LED T8灯管。 
本实用新型由电极头套件、电极连接PCB、T8铝座、COB光源模组、光扩散乳白PC灯罩、机械螺丝、自攻螺丝和恒流电源组成，T8铝座为截面为半圆形的空心铝管，T8铝座空腔内设置有恒流电源，T8铝座内侧面设有卡槽A，卡槽A处卡接有COB光源模组；T8铝座外侧面设有卡槽B，光扩散乳白PC灯罩通过卡槽B卡入T8铝座中；COB光源模组与COB光源模组之间通过焊点焊接方式连接，电极连接PCB与电极头套件之间通过机械螺丝连接，电极头套件通过自攻螺丝固定在T8铝座两端。 
本实用新型光源采用COB光源模组，有效地降低温升和提高了光效，T8铝座采用散热良好的6063铝，散热快，延长了灯具的寿命，灯管面罩采用光扩散乳白PC罩，光效均匀，光线柔和，COB光源模组与COB光源模组之间通过焊点焊接方式连接，有效的提高了生产效率，减低了成本，结构简单、可靠、使用方便，利于推广。

1.一种节能环保型LED T8灯管，其特征在于它由电极头套件(2)、电极连接PCB(4)、T8铝座(7)、COB光源模组(6)、光扩散乳白PC灯罩(5)、机械螺丝(3)、自攻螺丝(1)和恒流电源(8)组成，T8铝座(7)为截面为半圆形的空心铝管，T8铝座(7)空腔内设置有恒流电源(8)，T8铝座(7)内侧面设有卡槽A(9)，卡槽A(9)处卡接有COB光源模组(6)；T8铝座(7)外侧面设有卡槽B(10)，光扩散乳白PC灯罩(5)通过卡槽B(10)卡入T8铝座(7)中；COB光源模组(6)与COB光源模组(6)之间通过焊点焊接方式连接，电极连接PCB与电极头套件之间通过机械螺丝(3)连接，电极头套件(2)通过自攻螺丝(1)固定在T8铝座(7)两端。
