Abstract

本实用新型涉及一种建筑装饰板，特别涉及一种用于内外墙装饰的建筑装饰肌理板。
背景技术
目前常用的建筑墙体肌理装饰，一般采用人工镶贴、人工雕琢及复杂的嵌缝工艺，施工周期长，生产效率低，成本高。
实用新型内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是要提供一种采用工业化操作工艺，生产效率高的建筑装饰肌理板。
为了解决以上的技术问题，本实用新型提供了一种在不同颜色的基层上，涂装带有镂空图案结构的饰面层。所述的基层为高强度的无机板或复合板。通过数控雕刻设备在饰面层上雕刻出不同的图案，且雕刻深度超过面层的厚度，来显示出基层的颜色。
本实用新型的优越功效在于：
1）采用了工业化操作工艺，将传统工艺集成化，提高了生产效率；
2）全面提升了装饰效果，施工周期大大缩短。

如图1所示，本实用新型提供了一种在不同颜色的基层1上，涂装带有镂空图案结构的饰面层2。基层1与饰面层2充分固化干燥后，通过数控雕刻设备在饰面层2上雕刻出不同的图案，且雕刻深度超过饰面层2的厚度，来突出显示基层1的颜色，如图2中的镂空部分3。
所述的基层1为高强度的无机板或复合板。无机板为纤维水泥板、硅钙板、菱镁板及其它合成板材等，复合板为各类保温装饰复合板，含各类无机板单面或夹心复合各类发泡保温板材所形成的复合板，及其它复合板等；饰面层2的涂装层为各类涂料，如真石漆、砂岩漆等厚浆型涂料或其它涂装饰面材料、各类表面处理化工材料等。
本实用新型成品的常用规格（mm）为：600×600；600×1200；800×1200；1200×1200；600×2400；1200×2400，1220×2440等，板材的厚度依实际需要确定。

1.一种建筑装饰肌理板，其特征在于：在不同颜色的基层上，涂装带有镂空图案结构的饰面层。
2.根据权利要求1所述的建筑装饰肌理板，其特征在于：所述的基层为高强度的无机板或复合板。
