背景技术
现有的汽车悬架C形梁抛丸表面处理吊装装置是由抛丸设备生产厂提供的,作业模式复杂、笨重,效率低下,不能满足大批量生产的需要。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种可吊装多种C形梁的装置,达到既能满足安全、可靠吊装,又能实现减轻劳动强度、提高劳动效率,适应大批量生产的要求的汽车悬架C形梁抛丸表面处理吊装装置。
本实用新型的目的是通过以下方式实现的:
本实用新型包括吊装横梁、卸扣、吊钩,其特征是:吊装横梁的下边为直边,在吊装横梁上沿水平方向等间距地开有四个以上的圆孔,在吊装横梁的中部上端开有一个长圆孔,在吊装横梁的圆孔中等间距对称地选择四个圆孔安装卸扣和吊钩。
本实用新型的优点是:结构简单、重量轻、使用方便、安全可靠,可用于多种C形梁和其它工件抛丸表面处理时的吊装,适应大批量生产的要求。

具体实施方式
参照附图,本实用新型包括吊装横梁1、卸扣4、吊钩5,吊装横梁1是本实用新型的主体,用厚16mm钢板制造,采用变截面结构设计,吊装横梁的下边为直边,上边从中部到两端向下倾斜,卸扣4与吊钩5,皆为一般常用的起重标准件,在吊装横梁1上沿水平方向等间距地开有七个圆孔3,在吊装横梁1的中部上端开有一个长圆孔2,长圆孔2用于将本实用新型挂在抛丸机电葫芦上的吊钩上;在吊装横梁的七个圆孔中等间距对称地选择四个圆孔安装卸扣4和吊钩5,另外两个圆孔,用于厂房内的桥式吊车通过吊具从抛丸机电葫芦上的吊钩上将本实用新型与其上的C形梁吊离抛丸机;中间的圆孔为备用孔,安上吊钩可吊挂各种工件。使用时,先将本实用新型挂在抛丸机电葫芦上的吊钩上;将四个吊钩分别挂在四个待处理C形梁上的减振器安装孔内;将C形梁竖直吊起,电葫芦沿着的轨道将C形梁吊入抛丸机内;经抛丸后,随着电葫芦吊出抛丸机;用桥式吊车通过本实用新型上的两个圆孔将C形梁吊离抛丸机。

1.一种汽车悬架C形梁抛丸表面处理吊装装置,包括吊装横梁、卸扣、吊钩,其特征是:吊装横梁的下边为直边,在吊装横梁上沿水平方向等间距地开有四个以上的圆孔,在吊装横梁的中部上端开有一个长圆孔,在吊装横梁的圆孔中等间距对称地选择四个圆孔安装卸扣和吊钩。
