背景技术
    轴承可以分为滚动轴承和滑动轴承。其中滚动轴承是比较常用的标准件,具有摩擦系数低、启动阻力小等优点,设计、使用、润滑、维护都很方便。而滑动轴承在高速、重载、高精度以及轴承结构需要剖分的时候,比滚动轴承有一定的优势。滑动轴承的特点是承载能力高、抗振性好、噪音小、寿命长。滑动轴承需要单独设计,材料一般是轴承合金,又称巴氏合金或青铜。目前使用的轴套式滑动轴承的轴套多是采用空圆柱体,柱体内表面是光滑的平面,这种结构形式磨损严重,润滑机油大量上窜,致使轴承使用寿命缩短。产生以上现象的主要原因就是轴套式滑动轴承的轴套内表面结构不合理,硬度低,只有洛氏(HRC)20-25,不耐磨损。

本实用新型在轴套的内表面设有耐磨层,所述耐磨层采用淬火工艺,使得轴套的内壁组织变为耐磨、硬度可以大大提高,且在轴套的外表面设有挡板,在挡板的下表面设有限位凹槽,提高了轴套的牢固性,有效的减少摩擦。
