本实用新型涉及一种煤矿井下通风设备，具体涉及一种铁制分风器，其包括风筒，风筒一端设置有入风口Ⅰ和入风口Ⅱ，另一端设置有出风口，所述风筒为铁制风筒，铁制风筒内部两入风口之间铰接有挡板。本实用新型风筒采用钢板制作而成，经久耐用，密封效果好，两风口之间铰链有挡板，调换风口灵活，结构简单，使用方便。

铁制分风器技术领域[0001] 本实用新型涉及一种煤矿井下通风设备，具体涉及一种铁制分风器。 背景技术[0002] 目前煤矿井下通风要求使用双风机双电源设备，现在一般采用分风器，大多是采用软质布制作成的分风器，密封效果差，易损坏，风口调换不灵活。发明内容[0003] 本实用新型针对现有技术中分风器密封效果差，易损坏，调换不灵活的问题，提供一种经久耐用、调换灵活、密封效果好的铁制分风器。[0004] 本实用新型采用的技术方案为：[0005] 一种铁制分风器，其包括风筒，风筒一端设置有入风口 I和入风口 II，另一端设置有出风口，所述风筒为铁制风筒，铁制风筒内部两入风口之间铰链有挡板。[0006] 所述入风口 I、入风口 II和出风口上均设有卡圈。[0007] 本实用新型风筒采用钢板制作而成，经久耐用，密封效果好，两风口之间铰链有挡板，调换风口灵活，结构简单，使用方便。附图说明[0008] 图1为本使用新型结构示意图。 具体实施方式[0009] 如图1所示，一种铁制分风器，其包括风筒5，风筒5—端设置有入风口 I 1和入风口 II 2，另一端设置有出风口 4，风筒为铁制风筒，铁制风筒内部两入风口之间设置有转轴 7，挡板3安装在转轴7上，入风口 I 1、入风口 II 2和出风口 4上均设有卡圈6。[0010] 本实用新型使用时，两个入风口分别连接两台风机，入风口 I 1接一台风机工作， 入风口 II 2接另一台备用，挡板3挡住备用机入风口 II 2，当工作风机出现故障时，备用机启动工作，将挡板3吹到入风口 I 1，此时入风口 I 1密封，入风口 II 2打开，继续不断地向井下输入空气。

1. 一种铁制分风器，其包括风筒，风筒一端设置有入风口 I和入风口 II，另一端设置有出风口，其特征在于：所述风筒为铁制风筒，铁制风筒内部两入风口之间铰接有挡板。
2.根据权利要求1所述的铁制分风器，其特征在于：所述入风口 I、入风口 II和出风口上均设有卡圈。
